The apartment has just been remodeled with all new kitchen, two living areas and a gorgeous waterfall and watergardens over 1 acre and pastoral and hills view. We love the views and they are best from the apartment. There is a full length patio, outside firepit and the neighborhood is beautiful and reminds us of Kentucky. One bedroom is large with outside and inside entrance, 2nd bedroom has twin beds, then comes the cozy living room, casual dining, family room with comfy couches and brand new gorgeous kitchen with island. Laundry and storage off kitchen which has access to the extra living area to use as rec room, bedroom etc. This is horse property, very quiet and secure. This is a one of a kind apartment and we love having guests and are available as needed.
