Welcome to your private European Country Chateau in Brush Prairie, just north of Vancouver, Washington. Nestled on 20 picturesque acres with outstanding equestrian facilities, this luxurious retreat offers the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and privacy for an unforgettable stay.



As you arrive, you'll be greeted by immaculate landscaping that sets the stage for this secluded sanctuary. Spanning 8,591 square feet of quality craftsmanship, the home boasts an array of luxurious amenities and thoughtful design elements to ensure your stay is nothing short of extraordinary.



The Chef's Kitchen is a culinary dream, complete with a butler pantry, two walk-in pantries, and a cozy nook with a fireplace. The spacious den provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing by the fire.



The primary bedroom on the main floor is a true retreat, featuring his and hers en-suite bathrooms and closets, as well as a private courtyard for moments of solitude. Four additional bedroom en-suites offer ample space for family and guests.



Entertainment options abound with a billiards room, movie theater, and arcade room, providing endless fun for all ages. A core highlight of the home is the fully enclosed pool, with a built-in BBQ for outdoor dining and gatherings.



Whether you're relaxing in the luxurious indoor spaces, or soaking in the serene beauty of the surrounding landscape, this European Country Chateau offers a truly exceptional experience.



We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Horseshoe Haven is simply amazing!! The home is gorgeous, each of the rooms are master suites. The indoor pool was the highlight for our grand babies. Berry picking along the driveway while visiting the horses and cattle was an added bonus. We definitely plan on returning!

Presidents Day weekend

We took an extended weekend with our kids and my father here. Everything about the house was amazing. Sitting in the sauna after playing in the pool was really nice. The movie theater was really cool; the sound system is built into the chairs so it gives you a immersive experience.The only down side was that we had go home; we would have loved to stay longer!

A Great Opportunity

We stayed for a week to celebrate a special occasion with friends and family and we could not have chosen a better property! Adults and kids will love the enclosed pool, game rooms, theater room and watching the horses and livestock occupying the surrounding property. So many amenities that if you're not having fun here it's probably your fault!

This house was perfect for our family vacation with the grandparents, and 2 families. The kids (ages 7-19) loved all the amenities. The house is beautiful and surrounded by pastures with horses. The kitchen is fully stocked, the facilities are huge, the pool is amazing, it is private and beautiful, and there isn’t much that hasn’t been thought of. The only issues we had was one bathroom didn’t have hot water but there were 5 other showers so it wasn’t a problem and the BBQ heats very unevenly and is hard to cook on. Other than that, this place was perfect and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. You won’t regret staying here!

We recently stayed at this beautiful Brush Prairie, WA property to celebrate my husband’s 60th milestone birthday with our closest friends and family—and it was absolutely perfect!The home is situated on stunning acreage overlooking pastures with horses, offering a serene, postcard-worthy backdrop. Waking up to that peaceful view was a highlight We all enjoyed the pool immensely, it was definitely a highlight for pur group.The theater was also an absolute favorite! Movie night together was a blast!The kitchen was well-equipped—ideal for food prep and our group gathering for meals, games, and great conversations. The open layout made cooking and socializing in one space effortless.
