Perfect location! The view from the porch along with the wave sounds was absolutely amazing! The home is spacious, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for a family vacation!

The location of this house could not be better. Quick, easy walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. We walked to the Nubble Lighthouse. The house was spacious, and well equipped. The beds really need to be replaced though.

Wonderful location. Easy to walk to the beach, restaurants etc. Host was very responsive. Great view from the upper deck. Be aware that there is an additional optional linen fee. Also bring your own beach chairs, wagon etc. I would stay here again.

Can’t wait to go back!

We live in Southern Maine and go to York beach often but staying at this house made our visit the best experience we’ve had. The house was perfect for our family to stay, everyone had their own bathroom and all the bedrooms have a view of the beach. The proximity to everything was so great and the house was so relaxing to hang out in after a day at the beach. We can’t wait to hopefully rebook for next year!

Such an incredible spot in York! Right by the water, views are incredible, very short walk to beach, shops, restaurants. Host was very responsive before and during our stay. Lots of stairs, with kitchen and living on top floor. Could be tricky for elderly, but gives you the best view! Would definitely stay at this gorgeous home again

Nice Rental

The house was in a great location, very close to short sands beach and town. Also, just a short walk or drive to long sands beach and York Beach Lighthouse (a must see!) The view from the 3rd floor was beautiful, much nicer than what is seen in the pictures.

Perfect Summer Vacation!

My family had a wonderful vacation at York Beach! The house is beautiful with a great coastal feel. The property perfectly fit our needs with lots of sleeping places and bathrooms. We loved the upstairs deck and other living spaces. Great communication about the rental and check-in process. Thank you for a perfect week and we’d stay here again! 😊

Just Perfect

Clean, spacious, quiet, close to everything and a view that we couldn’t get enough of. Had an issue with a key and our host Heidi was there immediately with a replacement. Honestly can’t wait to stay here again.

Best Location and Views

The house was new and beautiful. Lots of stairs but worth it for the incredible views. The walk to the beach and downtown area was lovely, quick and easy. Could use an outdoor shower or hose for sand removal from beach but other than that had everything we needed. Great rental for a family - one of the best we've had in many years of visiting York Beach.

Great location

Beautiful view from the third floor. You are so close to the beach that you can hear the waves when you sleep. Well stocked and equipped kitchen on the third floor so quite a bit of trek for groceries. Ground floor has 2 bedrooms and a jack and Jill bathroom. Second floor has 3 bedrooms with 1 hallway bathroom and another master bed bathroom. Third floor has a half bathroom. All in all, a great stay for family.

Excellent location and views

Great house and views, location is fantastic and is walking distance to Short Sands beach and the shops. The house was very comfortable and clean and the view off the deck was wonderful for morning coffee! We had an issue with not having a key to the home which was resolved. One thing I overlooked was there is a separate charge for bed linens, and the beds are not made. This may be normal but I have never seen it before. All good though, we had a wonderful stay!

York beach house

Nice house. Mattresses need replacing on 2 queen beds. Circuit braker was tripped on main frig and some lights when we got there so frig was hot and lites didn’t work. We eventually fixed all.

Our family had a phenomenal time staying at this property. Short walk to Short Sands and amenities. House was adequately stocked for meal preparation/cooking. Would benefit from better outdoor shower/rinsing options but very minor relative to everything else!

The BEST location

We have never enjoyed a beach vacation like we did this one! The location of this property is perfect - steps from short sands and minutes to town. The house is also beautiful, clean, and has the most beautiful view. The only picky things I would say is that the pans and cookware are not the best (scratched pans, rusted non functional can opener, some chipped dishes) and the vacuum didn't really pick up, but those are minor. We plan to book again next year!

Amazing Return to York in 2022

My family and I (about 28 people) have traveled to York for the last few years to spend a week together each summer renting a few locations around Short Sands Beach. COVID halted this tradition for the last 2 years and for 2022 we returned. I had the great opportunity to rent this new build in August 2022. I have rented at least 5 different houses over the years and this location beats them all by far. The property is super-clean, has fridges on 1st and 3rd floors, an amazing view from 2nd and 3rd floors. A/C is powerful and dependable. The location cannot be beat for a quick walk to the beach, town or to Nubble. I stayed with 3 adults, 4 teenagers and 11 year old. Everyone remarked on the house and immediately asked me to reserve for summer 2023. It was a pleasure from day 1.

Beautiful house , just a few things

Very nice house. Lots of stairs, but the view from that top deck is wonderful. Not a lot of clutter and house was equipped with the basics we needed. The cleaners could have done better… showers were sandy, couch was sandy, popcorn kernels on the floor and in between cushions on couch. One of the banisters on the railing on lower level wasnt connected at the top and my son cut his arm on it. There was a vacuum, but it was unusable given how much hair and debris was around the brush… I wasn’t about to dig that out! Table on back deck had a broken leg. Beds SUPER uncomfortable and squeaky. We really did enjoy our visit, though, and I’d recommend this house since these things were pretty minor. An air quality test was scheduled while we were there, which they told us day-of. Not a big deal, but kind of annoying. Person was very nice who came, though.
