Freshly renovated one bed room and bath with private entrance in quiet neighborhood. New paint and linens with newly installed independent HVAC. Ten minutes to Sullivans Island and 10 minutes to downtown Charleston. Five minutes to Shem Creek. Queen bed with in room refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Private entrance and parking space. Neighborhood is walking friendly. Great location for easy access to all area attractions. EV owners, feel free to plug in for the night and start your day with a full charge. Adapter available.
