This very nice upstairs studio apartment sleeps 2 people maximum. No Pets, No Smoking, No Incense Burning. This studio is equipped with a queen bed, hardwood floors, granite counters, shower/bathtub, full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, a 30-inch flat-screen TV, cable TV, WI-FI internet access, leather couch, full-size washer & dryer, laundry soap, fabric sheets, surround sound for stereo, central heat & air, towels, sheets, pillows, bedding, and outdoor uncovered parking and a small balcony with a bench.

The view is residential (nothing fancy) but this studio is a luxurious steal in Charleston. Sorry, but due to extreme differences in preferences for personal items (such as soaps, body washes, toothpaste, and razors) we do not supply these items.

20 minutes to downtown which was nice. Inside was great, everything we needed for a getaway. Host was thoughtful with snacks, coffee and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. The location was in an industrial area which was unexpected, but once inside you wouldn't know.
