Apartment La Terrasse de Roma - LES GETS: right in the center and at the foot of the slopes

The La Terrasse de Roma flat is located in a small 3-storey residence in the heart of the village of Les Gets. Thanks to its ideal location, you can walk everywhere: shops (shops, supermarket, restaurants, cafés...) are at the foot of the residence and the departure of the Chavannes ski lifts is only 80 metres away.



This charming apartment, completely renovated, is very functional and comfortable. It opens onto a small entrance hall with separate WC. The bedroom, nicely decorated, is equipped with a double bed (140*190) and plenty of storage space. It overlooks the rear of the building and is therefore quieter.



Extending from it are the shower room, then the living area. With its two windows and large bay window, it is bright and offers lovely views over the town centre street and the surrounding mountains.

The lounge area includes a very comfortable 2-seater convertible sofa bed and a retractable flat-screen television. The kitchenette is fully equipped: toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, etc. You will find everything you need to cook and then enjoy your meals on the shepherd's table.



The lounge opens onto a large balcony on the front façade, equipped with outdoor armchairs, then onto a huge terrace of 44m² facing south-west where you can eat in summer or build snowmen in winter!

L’échange avec l’hôte.Les petites attentions telles que le pack de bienvenue avec un minimum de pastilles de lave vaisselle, savons, liquide vaisselle, éponge etc.La gentillesse, la fléxibilité et la disponibilité de notre hôte pour gérer nos demandes rapidement.Elle se donne beaucoup de mal et c’est une ambiance bien plus agreable que dans des agences un peu impersonnelles.Bravo Paméla, si j’avais un bien à mettre en gestion, c’est à vous que je le confierais.PS, petite note spéciale, ce petit appartement est doté d’une tres grande terrasse, qui permet aux enfants de jouer. Cela agrandi considérablement l’espace

Appartement très chaleureux, rénové avec goût et idéalement situé au cœur de la station.Les bruits, deja mentionnés en commentaires (extérieurs ou canalisations) sont minimes et cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un très bon séjour.Côté cuisine, quelques accessoires supplémentaires seraient les bienvenus : il n'y a qu'une seule poêle, pas de couteau à pain, un seul plat,...et pas de machine à café type dosette.Bref, Un appartement et un accueil qui nous donne envie de revenir.

Agréable semaine de ski et promenades aux Gets

Appartement central près des pistes et commerces. Garage souterrain aux Chavannes. L’appartement est petit mais très bien aménagé. Personnellement je n’irais pas à 4, même pas avec des enfants. Parfait pour deux personnes. Le jour où le lit doit être changé, le remplacer par un lit de 160 cm. C’est possible.

La décoration , la propreté et la literie au top. La grande terrasse et le balcon, le confort général. Le positionnement de la boîte à clefs, qui est placée à un endroit de faible visibilité surtout le soir.Difficile de faire le code, dans la prenombre.
