Hidden Little Gem close to footbridge leading to the gondola!

Property is authentic and small but was ideal for the 3 of us. Well equipped with everything we needed except a bath plug!

Wonderful ski apartment

The location of this accommodation and what it offers is brilliant for the rate. A 15 min walk in ski boots with all equipment for a day in the slopes. Every day we got back it was warm. Only thing I would say is take a plug for the bath and sink if you don’t want to use the dishwasher.

Morzine 2023

This property is a perfect little chalet for 2/3 adults or a small family. The location is great for skiing, with the super Morzine lift just across the bridge, and all the facilities of Morzine within walking distance. The only minor issue was communication with the owner, as she doesn't speak English, but we easily overcame this by using translation apps, on our phones. We will definitely return to this chalet.

Basic accomodation that needs some tlc

The accommodation location is 10/10 however it is let down by many little things that all add up to make you dissatisfied overall. I have never before left a negative review however :-Couldn't find the accommodation when dropped by transfer driver. It would be easy to include a narrative that is sits behind 115.Curtain pole over door immediately fell down not a great start.Bedding is shocking ,aged quilts. thin duvets & not enough pillows.Towels are aged.Bathroom has one light. When you pull the shower curtain over bath and you are in darkness.No hook to locate shower on the wall so you are juggling shower head in hands.No plugs to bath or sink which has been mentioned several times in reviews!Outside wooden facia under gate is loose and an accident waiting to happen.Couldn't get tv to workNot enough plug sockets.Very aged décor although we new that from the photos.With a bit of love could be so much better.

Vraiment étonnée de l’avis de ce monsieur, envoyé plusieurs fois des messages sans jamais une réponse de sa part ( je demande toujours si tout va bien ) La literie est très correcte et à leur arrivée les lits sont fait et en très bon état et et en ce qui concerne les oreillers il y en a assez je pense Trop facile de critiquer surtout quand ce n’est pas vrai et il fallait me contacter nous sommes juste à côté Et la décoration est loin d’être vieux et pour la télé elle fonctionne correctement Les serviettes de toilettes ne sont pas vielles non plus Nous ne sommes pas une location de luxe c’est pour ça que les prix ne sont pas excessifs Vraiment désolée 😞 mais je ne comprends pas

Le chalet est très bien placé pour aller skier à Avoriaz : on traverse la route, on descend quelques marches, on prend la passerelle et on arrive aux oeufs super morzine. Ces oeufs sont dans le centre ville. Cest très agreable d'avoir un sous sol pour garer, débarrasser la voiture et stocker les skis. Dans le chalet il y avait déjà quelques courses, du sel du poivre du café du sopalin, du papier toilette, in torchon à vaisselle une éponge etc. Le lit était fait, il y avait également dans la salle de bain des serviettes. Ce chalet est spacieux pour 2 personnes. Madame Vacon est accueillante. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très bien

Le chalet est très bien placé dans Morzine car il se trouve vraiment proche de la passerelle. Une fois traversée, on arrive au départ des télécabines pour Avoriaz c'est à dire en plein centre-ville, c'est très pratique de tout faire à pied. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les lits faits à l'arrivée , un confort simple mais néanmoins complet qui permet de se sentir vite chez soi. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Un séjour très agréable dans un logement très propre et parfaitement situé

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine de ski grâce à l'emplacement privilégié de ce petit chalet, à deux pas de la passerelle qui mène à la télécabine vers le haut de Morzine et le vaste domaine d'Avoriaz. Le logement est simple et fonctionnel pour deux voire quatre personnes, et la terrasse avec une jolie vue est un plus indéniable. Le bourg animé est proche mais le logement est très calme. Je conseillerais sans hésiter ce très bon 'plan vacances'.

This is a brilliant property for a couple. The photos really do not do this lovely chalet justice. It is in a great location, with a private balcony with a mountain view. The owner is extremely pleasant and helpful.

Very comfortable, cosy and well equipped accommodation

We loved this little house, the photographs don’t really do it justice. More spacious than we thought and perfect for 2 or even 3 people. Detached so no noise from neighbours. Great garage space to put our car in all week and to store skis. Very good location. Also a fab terrace to sit when the sun is out, especially in the afternoon or when back from the slopes. The ski bus stops literally at the bottom of the driveway or to reach the Super Morzine bubble and Morzine centre, it is a short walk over the suspension foot bridge. The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The only slight negative was that there was no plug for the bath. Can’t really use a bath without a plug! We usually try specifically to rent a place with a bath ( a good soak is welcome after a day on the slopes ) I mentioned this to the host but there was no offer to get one for us so we had to go and find a hardware shop to purchase our own! Otherwise we cannot find fault with this lovely little house

We had a great time in this little chalet, perfect for us (two adults) we used the second bedroom for suitcases and storage, Skis and snowboards can be left in the garage downstairs and its a very short walk over the bridge to the cable car! recommended bring your own towels.
