Perfect family stay

This was such a great space for a young family to spend the holidays. It's right on the beach, has ideal views of the ocean from the balcony, and the amenities give you plenty of options, even if the weather changes. Inside was very clean and had a great layout. Thank you again

Great Central location in Destin

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Pelican Beach resort in Destin. The condo was clean and inviting with bright sunshine until noon every day. Central location made it any easy walk to shopping and restaurants. The facility was partially closed during our stay in Feb. with the gym and tiki hut closed and the cafe opened for 3 days/week.

Fantastic Vacation!

This was our families first vacation to a beach and everyone said it has been their favorite vacation. Our condo was very nice and clean, our beach view was perfect, and we were steps away from the beautiful white sands in Destin. The front desk staff welcomed us and were very friendly and we had the best time! We would definitely go back.

Amazing Property

This condo was wonderful. It is very nicely furnished, well stocked and comfortable. Owner's are extremely friendly and helpful. I had to message them about one small issue and they responded immediately and got it taken care of. I highly recommend this condo for your Destin vacation.

Amazing Beach Views

This condo is cute, clean, and comfy! Although the weather was cooler than we expected, we enjoyed laying on the couches and looking over the ocean every day. When we did venture to beach, it was a quick elevator ride and a very short walk.

Perfect condo with the most perfect view

We rented the condo for fall break week. My wife and I with our 3 little kids. Condo had everything you could need from dishes, appliances, board games, etc. Resort is nice and seems to be getting a lot of upgrades with pools. Perfect walkout access to the beach. Chair rental crew was amazing. Condo seems to be newly renovated and everything is fresh and new feeling. Design style is perfect for the beach setting.

Condo was clean and well stocked. Some minor scratches on walls from past guest, but nothing major. I appreciated the abundance of bath towels for us to use. Nice view out the balcony of side pool and partial ocean view. The negative is the check-in process and elevators. We were told there was recent change in front desk management. Upon checking there was a huge line and the front staff was very rude. When we finally got checked in and unload we then had to spend 45 minutes waiting for the elevators. 2 of the 4 elevators work and we were told this is an ongoing issue. Then we made it to our room only to have the key pad dead to unlock the door. We had to spend another 30 minutes waiting for maintenance to come change the battery. This isn’t the end of the world, but after driving 11 hours, it is very frustrating.

The project is in its final stages, and while it was listed on the information page, I should have personally mentioned it as a follow-up before your trip. We truly pride ourselves on making this a great vacation spot, and we fell short this time.
