Small but nice

First the good things: The property has been recently renovated, and is nicely decorated. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, glasses, dinnerware, etc. Not so good things: There is nothing extra at all—no spices, oil, anything. Be sure to bring dishwasher soap/pods, as well as laundry detergent. The place does not have a pool, despite what it says in the listing, although it seems that one is being planned for the spring. And the place is small…really small, or cozy, depending on your point of view. If you use a hair dryer, bring your own, since there is not one at this property. However, if you do like to iron clothes when you’re at the beach, this place has you covered. There are two irons and two ironing boards available.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the property! It’s great to hear that you enjoyed the recent renovations and the decor, and that the kitchen supplies were satisfactory. Private pools do not open until April each year, but we listed the pool as an amenity because by the time the pools open this spring, it will be complete. We want guests planning their summer vacations to know about this awesome upgrade to the property! And to help clarify, we included the following as the first line in the property description: “Update for 2025! A brand new private pool will be installed just in time for the 2025 spring pool season.” We do not stock our properties with food items, but we do provide a starter-pack of paper products and soaps.
