The 114 m² house includes a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, etc.) open to the living and dining area; 3 bedrooms: one with 2 single beds, the other two with 2 double beds each; two bathrooms, one with WC, plus an additional separate WC.
You can also enjoy a 26 m² annex, which features a master suite with a double bed, a bathroom, and a separate WC.
A large terrace with garden furniture, a plancha, and a barbecue completes the property, all set on a 1,100 m² plot.
