The villa was build with a Southerly aspect meaning it has Sun all day at the front on the pool, but keeps lovely and cool inside in the bedrooms at the rear.
1575sq.m land, 128sq.m villa. Located in a peaceful area of a popular holiday destination. Private pool 9m x 4.5m with large decked area. Ideal central location being 10 minutes walk from Northern lake or 4km drive (or cycle path) to Biscarrosse beach. Located on the 27 hole golf estate. Large parking area and garage. Convenient for cycling, sailing, adventure park and many local restaurants and amenities.
