Superb villa for 4 to 9 people, 500 m from Biscarrosse beach, family house

Do not miss ! don't hesitate any longer ... at 4 or 9

Very nice and quiet house.
Ideally located, five minutes from the beach on foot and shops ...

It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 each with a double bed.
The third bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds and a single bed.
The last bedroom is equipped with two single beds.
For a baby, we can, on request, provide a travel cot with changing table, draw sheet, sheet house and sleeping bag (2 sizes: small or large), but also a clip-on baby chair on the table and a small bathtub.
You will benefit from 2 bathrooms. One inside, and the other outside, an Italian open-air shower! Very appreciated !
There are two toilets (one of which is outside).
We have a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, etc.
There is a washing machine and a dryer in the technical room.
Outside, we have a large terrace with covered pergola (+ 40 m²) by the pool.
You can also enjoy a summer kitchen, depending on the season (worktops, sink, cupboards, gas hob, and microwave. There is also a barbecue.
A central island with high stools will allow you to enjoy a pleasant and convivial moment.
You will also enjoy a large table with chairs for your meals.
You will also appreciate the swimming pool, heated, according to season, by a heat pump, provided with a protective cover, for safety, as well as another cover allowing to keep the heat at night.
Relax and enjoy the sun in the deckchairs!
As you understand, everything is there to live outside !!!
The house is located 500 meters from the beach.
And except if you want to go to the lake (6 km), you can leave the car on site, in the garden and no longer use it during your stay, because all the shops are nearby.
However, the street where we are located is very quiet, even in the heart of summer.
It is true that the house is ideally placed, because we also have 2 streets from the house, the beginning of the bike paths going to Arcachon.
For cars, you can safely park them on the ground, as long as there is a gate that locks.
It only remains for me to welcome you for your next vacation!

Great house - no Wi-Fi

Excellent location for the beach, surfing and all the restaurants shops etc in Biscarosse Plage. The house is clean and comfortable and has a truly excellent outdoor shower area. Only difficulty is the lack of Wi-Fi in the house for those from the uk going back to data roaming charges

Happy holiday

Great location within walking distance of beach - good outside facilities for bbq and eating. Interior is OK but not really adequate for 9 people as stated also bearing in mind only one bathroom inside(the second shower room being outside which was not stated in the particulars). We also felt we should have been advised of additional charge for cleaning and laundry before confirming our reservation. It would also have been good to have a welcome pack telling us about local things of interest(market days, restaurants, bottle banks etc.) Overall we had a very good stay.

Bonjour Nicolas, Merci pour votre message. La maison est une villa d'été, elle est équipée dans ce sens avec les installations extérieures (pergola, cuisine d'été, barbecue, douche extérieure...). Malheureusement lorsque le temps n'est pas favorable, l'espace intérieur est limité. Nous sommes généralement privilégiés dans la région durant l'été. Je suis désolée si cela n'a pas été votre cas. La douche extérieure est indiquée dans les descriptifs de la maison mais grâce à votre remarque, je l'ai également remis dans les équipements. Pour ce qui est du pack de bienvenue, j'en avais un que je n'ai malheureusement pas eu le temps de mettre à jour cette année. Je ne manquerai pas de le refaire. En esperant vous revoir dans notre belle région

Well equipped house / Maison bien équipée

ENGLISH + Peaceful neighbourhood + Shower and toilet at pool area + Well equipped + Clean + Parking inside property + Nice host - Pool water was cold (should have been heated pool). We asked to heat it but had to wait 2 days before pool personnel came to do it and then wait the water to heat. - Pool was a bit small - 10 minutes walk to beach, 700m (announcement said shorter time and distance) - Didn't find instructions how to get pool cover open. Ask from the host to show. FRANCAIS + Quartier calm + Douche et toilettes à la piscine + Bien équipé + Propre + Parking à l'intérieur de la propriété + Hôte sympa - L'eau de la piscine était froide (la piscine aurait dû être chauffée). Nous avons demandé à le chauffer mais avons dû attendre 2 jours avant que le personnel de la piscine vienne le faire, puis attendre que l'eau chauffe. - La piscine était un peu petite - 10 minutes à pied de la plage, 700 m (l'annonce indique un temps et une distance plus courts) - Je n'ai pas trouvé d'instructions pour ouvrir la couverture de la piscine. Demandez à l'hôte de montrer.

Chère Ilona, Merci pour votre message. Concernant la piscine, la personne n'a malheureusement pas pu intervenir plus tôt, j'en suis désolée. La piscine n'est effectivement pas très grande car nous avons la chance d'avoir l'océan et le lac très proche. La piscine est un plus. Pour ce qui est de la distance à la plage, l'accès par la plage nord est bien à 500m. Il y a plusieurs accès. Et pour la bâche de la piscine, une démonstration doit être faite lors de la remise des clés avant de signer la décharge. Je vous remercie pour vos remarques. A bientôt j'espère

Maison bien située rue calme mais une salle de bain vétuste et très petite pour accueillir 8 ou 9 personnes sans placard !heureusement la douche extérieure et les toilettes sont un bon complément à utiliser le plus souvent , mais en fonction du temps !! Le réfrigérateur est trop petit pour recevoir les denrées et les boissons un frigidaire dans la cuisine d’été serait le bienvenu de même que si on veut vivre et cuisiner au maximum à l’extérieur la plaque de cuisson manque de puissance Toutefois, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances

Lieu de rêve pour vivre dehors

Il a fait beau, et on a adoré cette maison qu'on avait choisi... pour ne pas y vivre ! En effet, on a vécu dehors : cuisine extérieure, salle à manger extérieure, même la douche et les toilettes. On ne rentrait dans la maison que pour dormir. Le tout à 5 minutes à pied de la mer, et à 5 minutes en voiture d'un des lacs. A 10 minutes à pied du centre pour faire les courses, sortir au resto ou boire un verre. Idéal ! En revanche, s'il ne fait pas beau, l'intérieur est plus sommaire et pas très grand, surtout si vous êtes nombreux. On était 4, on a eu du mal à s'imaginer à 9.

Nice place near beach

Our family had a very nice time at this spacious house with a bonus shower and bathroom by the full-sized pool and large outdoor area. The owner graciously accommodated our change in dates of our stay. As some have noted, the lack of WiFi in these times is an issue and it can be a daily extra charge for overseas guests. The charge for towels, linen and cleaning also came out to be more than a cost of a night's stay. Biscarrosse is absolutely lovely and we took long bike rides and had great food.

Piscine à revoir

Le séjour aurait pu être parfait si nous la piscine avait été aux normes. Nos enfants se sont brûlés la peau ce qui a nécessité l intervention en urgence de la conciergerie (très réactive). La piscine a été vidée et pendant ce temps il a fallu consulter un médecin pour traiter les brûlures. La propriétaire n’a jamais pris de nouvelle alors qu’elle était en tort et informée de la situation… C est vraiment dommage!

Bonjour, nous sommes bien évidemment désolés pour ce qui s'est produit et qui est lié à un phénomène que les professionnels n'ont pas vraiment su nous expliquer mais qui serait lié à l'augmentation rapide des températures (+ de 40°). Notre incompréhension est totale. Bien entendu, c'est la première fois que ça arrive en plus de 10 ans et probablement la dernière. Maintenant et comme vous le savez, nous louons notre maison en tant que particulier et comme nous n'avons pas la possibilité de consacrer du temps à nos locataires, nous employons les services d'une conciergerie dont le métier est de vous accueillir au mieux et de répondre à vos demandes. Quoiqu'il en soit, nous sommes d'accord que ce qui vous est malheureusement arrivé n'avait pas de quoi vous laisser un agréable souvenir. C'est la raison pour laquelle, je vous propose de revenir vers vous directement.

Week-end entre filles très agréable dans cette villa plein de charme. La maison est très bien équipée, l'extérieur est top avec une douche et un toilette extérieur très pratique ! Nice house close to the beach

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautifull house at walking distance of the beach at Biscarosse Plage. Good space and beds (bring your own pillow, as always). Kitchen is well equipped, inside as well as outside. Nice pool area with extra bathroom and shower. We had a perfect week and will come back!

Super séjour dans cette location entre amis et famille L espace extérieur est top (bien équipé bien exposé ) . La maison est idéalement située. La propriétaire et les concierges sont très agréables et réactifs .
