Fantastic Location - Centrally located on Fripp Island with Ocean View
A perfect family location, this two bedroom, two bath villa boasts a lovely ocean view with a private pool only a few steps away. Direct access to the best beach area on Fripp Island.
The upstairs master bedroom is furnished with one queen sized bed, one day bed with fresh linens and balcony providing a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and daybed. Upstairs bathroom has been completely renovated! New LVP flooring installed Summer 2022 throughout upstairs.
The villa has a full kitchen with cookware and utensils provided, as well as dishes, silverware, and coffee maker. Added recess lighting and floating shelves in Summer 2022. New flat screen TV and updated flooring downstairs. Cable TV and wi-fi provided in villa. New sliding glass door installed May 2022 overlooking the pool area.
Nice patio overlooking the pool area with patio furniture and charcoal grill. Linens are provided as well as several beach chairs.
Bicycles, mopeds, kayaks, and golf carts are available for rent.
Amenity cards available for purchase with this villa. Access golf, island restaurants, and other amenities with reservation! Upon request of cards, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to the reservation - this is required by the resort.
