UNIQUE LUXURY TOWNHOME IN THE MARINA - HAS A BOATSLIP! BOTH sunrise AND sunset views off the 2 opposing covered decks!! no joke-! Located ON the Lakefront IN the West End Marina. Home has 3 decks to lounge on! Has lots of extras, teak hardwood floors, luxury kitchen, fancy shower with multiple heads, jacuzzi bathtub with jets and a TV so you can watch a movie in the tub! washer/dryer, Even has 2 bidet toilets!! WOW!
Giant KING bedroom connects to back deck with view of Marina. Living room has a Queen memory foam sleeper bed (pops out of a cabinet). 2 story home- first floor is the private boat dock, bath, and deck.
Rent a BOAT, KAYAK, OR BIKES!! BOATSLIP AVAILABLE- for only a "deckboat"- that height.

I have always wanted a home IN the Marina!! It's so fun to watch the boats go by, and the pelicans, and seagulls everywhere- and wow, to have BOTH a sunrise and a sunset view is incredible!!!
