This condo is bathed in sunlight and right in the heart of Scottsdale! Close to ball parks for Spring Training, less than ten minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale in one direction and Talking Stick Casino in the other. Direct access to a miles-long biking/running path right next to the community.

Community pool and spa are steps away and parking is right in front of the condo. Everything you need is at your fingertips! Just pack some shorts, a bathing suit, and your golf clubs. 😎

Kyle was a great host. Very responsive when we had questions or needed advice The condo was just as represented online. Totally updated and supplied with what we needed for a 2 week stay. The location was perfect. Minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale. Not in a congested area with hiking, walking trails, and 3 grocery store nearby.

Great location that feels like home

Heart of Scottsdale

This condo is in a great location for everything Scottsdale. This immaculate property is beautifully appointed with all of the thoughtful comforts to make this a home away from home. The decor is lovely, the patio spaces relaxing and the parking steps from the front door a bonus. We would love to stay again when we return to Scottsdale.

Beautiful condo!

We loved our stay at this condo. The unit is clean, beautifully decorated and very clean. Dedicated parking spot is steps from the unit. Beds are very comfortable. Patio area is private and perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Host was very responsive and gracious. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Attention to Detail!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo! The layout is great and spacious, everything is new, the decor is beautiful, it is very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. We feel very fortunate to have found this condo for our stay. We also enjoyed the heated community pool and spa! We have rented several houses and condos around the world over the past 15 years and this condo shows the most attention to detail and is among the most well appointed! We hope to stay every time we visit Scottsdale!

Fantastic Stay near Old Town.

Our stay could not have been nicer. This condo exceeded our expectations and is actually better than the pictures. It has everything you will need for any length of stay. We stayed for a month and it really felt like home by the time we left. The location near Old Town Scottsdale is great, many places to eat and drink. The pool area is very nice and includes a grill. Kyle was super responsive and answered any question very quickly. One of the main concerns anyone has when renting is cleanliness, and you should have no concerns with this unit. We found it very clean and in perfect order. Another review mentioned how it is decorated like an HGTV show and that is the truth. We are already planning to return next year. Thank you Kyle for sharing you space.
