Our villa is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath Shorewood Villa. Located just steps from the beach, this villa has an extra large balcony with access from both the living room and the master bedroom. The balcony faces the pool and ocean and overlooks a courtyard area with palm trees and luxurious tropical landscaping. Guests have an Atlantic Ocean view over the pool and garden area. On the expansive balcony there is table seating for 6 and 2 additional chaise lounge chairs. The Shorewood complex is located in the highly desirable, South Forest Beach Area, within just minutes of all Coligny Plaza offers, including over 60 shops, restaurants and a grocery store.
This villa has a recently renovated Kitchen and Baths. It features new cabinetry, granite counters, Ceramic tile and new fixtures throughout. There is also a full sized stacked washer and dryer for guest use. The dining area has ample seating, with 6 high back wicker chairs. The villa's main living areas were recently repainted, and it has new laminate flooring in the bedrooms and main living areas, creating a modern, environment. A comfortable queen size sleeper sofa in the living room is provided for additional guests. There is a matching love seat and rocking armchair. A large, 65” flat screen smart TV with DVD is perfect for watching movies after a fun day at the beach. Guests can see the ocean from the living room, master bedroom and the balcony.
The main master bedroom suite has a newly renovated private bath with double sinks, tiled floors and a shower. It features a king bed, a large flat screen TV, and a sliding glass door out to the balcony shared by the living room. Entering the villa, guests will find a hall bathroom on the left with tile and a combination tub/shower. The 2 twin bedroom is located on the left side of the hallway, and has a large flat screen TV. The third large bedroom suite has a king bed, and a large flat screen TV. The private ensuite bath is newly renovated with a shower and tiled floor.
Shorewood is a private, gated community located ocean side on South Forest Beach Drive, Onsite parking is available, including the parking garage under our building.

Linens are provided. Upon booking ask for sofa linens. Maximum (2) Car Passes. No grilling allowed on the Shorewood Property. We recommend you purchase trip insurance.

Great condo and location for families

The condo was very spacious and accommodating for our family of 5. Easy access to the pool, beach and Caligney. Deb was very responsive to our questions before our arrival and during our stay.

Great location

The condo is really nice and well-equipped. The location is really good and the beach is great. Because of the restricted access, it is not overly dense with people at this location. It was also really nice to have the pool in addition to the beach.

Great Place! Super Clean!

I think this might have been the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed at. The location was great - 5 minute walk to the beach, and 15 min walk on sidewalks to ice cream! There was a ton of space to put all our stuff, and everything was very comfortable. Logistics for staying were super easy. I’d stay here again.

We like how this 3 bedroom was set we had 3 adults and 2 9 years we love how easy acess to beach and pool which gad a better ocean view but this is the nicest place we stay in shorewood the last couple of years

Great Experience at Shorewood

Our family of four has been coming to Hilton Head for a few weeks every spring. We love the location of Shorewood for its proximity to Coligny, Loggerhead Landing, and the park. The stay was absolutely great and the unit as as described. I work remotely and found the deck was a fantastic place to work every day of our stay with a great view and no internet issues. I would very highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Great Property and Location!

Check in was flawless and the size and layout of the property were fantastic! The view of the pool and ocean were great and the covered patio was great to sit on to relax and unwind. I would definitely stay at this property again but would recommend that they find a new more thorough cleaner between rentals. The cleaning work was so so.

Overall stay was good. Unit was clean and stocked well. Communication was prompt. Would come back. Minor complaint was that the Master closet was difficult to use with lamp on floor and extra floor boards being stored there.

Great location in Forest Beach

The property was great for our family- everyone had their own room and bathroom. Being able to do laundry was a plus. The condo was quite comfortable, and the porch was our favorite part. We enjoyed eating meals out there and lounging in the chairs in the evenings and being able to see the kids at the pool was perfect. It’s a little dated, and there’s typical rust and sandy surfaces that you find in this beach climate- but nothing that would make me rate it poorly. Thanks for a great time!

Great Location for families!

Location, location location!! Shorewood is a property that offers close proximity to so many amenities-pool, beach, Coligny and Celebraion Park. The villa is somewhat dated-bathrooms could use modification. The beds are very comfortable, the patio is a big bonus and Deb (property manager) was attentive. That being said-this is not a true VRBO, all communication is through a management company-fees are excessive for the rental.

Beautiful Villa near Coligny Plaza

My family has been vacationing in Hilton Head for over 38 years, and we have stayed in some wonderful places. This villa was no different. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and baking. We were traveling with young toddlers, and it was well suited for them. There was a closet that had beach toys for them to play with, and they especially loved the little wagon with sand toys. We loved the spacious balcony with the gorgeous view and spent much of our time out there. The location was great, too. We were in walking distance of Coligny Park with it’s awesome playground and the Plaza, which has lots of shops and restaurants. Deb was very communicative and answered any questions very quickly. She sent us recommendations for chair rentals and other items which was helpful. Hilton Head is a very special place for our family, and I am delighted that we have found another wonderful place to stay!

Great location, kid-friendly pool

Can’t beat the proximity to Coligny. Unit is set back a bit from the ocean, but there is a view off the large deck and easy access to the awesome pool. Unit needs some updating and didn’t feel super clean but overall, a decent stay.

Great Location at a Wonderful Condo!

Deb is a great host and is very communicative. She reached out during our stay to make sure all was well with the condo. The pictures are spot on and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. (you may need to bring spices, foil, etc). We found the condo to be perfect for our family with four little ones. The extra large deck was a wonderful retreat for meals and snack time as well as evenings playing games. We would highly recommend this rental and would gladly stay here again!

Fun in the Sun

We had a great stay in this unit. We love Shorewood--it is an excellent place for families with small children. The zero entry pool, proximity to the beach, and easy walk to Celebration Park make this complex perfect for us. The best thing about this unit is the huge porch. We were able to eat our meals out there every day (all 7 of us!) looking at the ocean.
