Location was great. Walking distance to coffee, dinner, ice cream, shopping, food carts. I’m sure parking is a plus, but the parking lot is tight for bigger vehicles, advise parking those on the ample street spaces. The owner also has a shed that I stored my bike in, which was great, as the cottage wasn’t big enough inside for my bike too!
Beautiful and comfortable cottage tucked into such a beautifully gardened spot - only a couple of blocks from downtown Moab. Lovingly maintained and updated! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return!
Very nice bed, garden and overall experience. Used it as a base for visining Arches. Great selection of restaurants in Moeb too. Enjoyed it all, thanks!
This property was an excellent place to stay for any activities you plan to do in the Moab area. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again if coming to Moab. Walking distance to downtown Moab and close to anything you want to do.
We came to Moab with the hope of enjoying the biking trails and outdoors. Our Cali-Cochita stay was just what we had hoped for. Private and quiet with a hot tub soak in the evenings and lovely local restaurants recommended by Molly. Ms. Molly was a delight, very helpful and extremely friendly! Thank you for a pleasant, peaceful and relaxing stay! -Amy and Jonathan
Attractive set-up of cottages. Convenient to downtown Moab. Good parking. Wisteria was smaller than shown in pics. Comfortable. Thanks for the ice machine but it made noise all night. Please provide utensils, even plastic.
Rented for a multi day bike race , rest between stages is critical. Loud noise from thrift store next door every morning, and people partying in the hot tub on the other side at night. Not very restful or relaxing. Tried to nap one afternoon after the race and someone tried to enter the code at my door and woke me. It is close to the main part of town. Had ants in the bathroom. Way too many pillows for such a small space, no added value, 4 is plenty! Not a bad place, but not for me!

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Too many issues to overlook
What we liked: Location, hot tub, courtyard, robes, provided Perrier and chips.
Wisteria Cottage has so many issues that people need to be aware of what they are booking. What we did NOT like: 1) Upon arrival we found that our towels were not folded, but in a pile on a table in the bathroom which led us to question if they were clean. 2) Long black hairs in the bathtub. 3) Garbage on the nightstand table. 4) Only two paper coffee cups in the room, even though we were booked for three nights. 5) No stir sticks or spoons in which to stir in the creamer, sugar, or hot chocolate. 6) The Keurig was broken (replaced the second day upon our request.) 7) We asked for more towels, the morning of the second day, they did not bring any. We asked for towels again on the third day, but never received them. One hour before check out the onsite manager apologized for not getting us towels and offered them to us as we were packing the car. 8) We were told there were bikes that we could use, but both bikes had flat tires and rusted chains making them inoperable. 9) Lack of accountability- we called the number provided to let them know about the broken Keurig and need for towels. We were given a different number to send a text message to about the issues. When they only replaced the Keurig, we texted the again about not getting any towels and they texted us back saying we should text the original number. We would never consider renting from Moab Nightly Rentals again.
We stayed 3 nights in the Wisteria Cottage, and it was absolutely perfect! It was incredible cozy and clean. There was so much attention to detail that made this place truly special. It was in a convenient location, and we never had issues with parking. It was quiet, even when the other rentals had guests, we never heard them. The hot tub was clean, and was a nice treat our first night there after a long drive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Moab!
We really liked this VRBO. The courtyard just outside our cottage was sublime with plantings, shady trees, a water feature and birds galore! This cottage was nicely secluded from the others and the cottage itself was very cozy. My overall rating would have been a 4.5 if available with only a knock on a dirty air conditioner vents right by the bed (cleaned it myself) and a lack of response from the owner/manager about a noise issue with a gardener just after our arrival as we were enjoying the courtyard relaxing from our long drive. Just a short response to our communications would have gone a long way. Again, we really liked the cottage and its surrounding environment and would stay here again if we ever return to Moab!
Close to national and state parks, lots of bugs in the room
Overall pleasant experience - close to national and state parks in the area, walking distance from some great restaurants. Hot water kettle, tea/coffee, microwave, and mini fridge were provided.
Only negative thing was that there were a TON of bugs in the house! We did not notice them the first night as we were exhausted and just wanted to crash in bed. In the morning noticed large black bugs in the bathroom, crawling on the ceiling, on the dining table, etc. They did not seem to bite or sting, but we closed our suitcases and bags to prevent them from crawling into our things. If you are used to camping and are comfortable with sharing your space with little critters, this may not bother you. But if you are expecting to stay somewhere more removed from nature, this is something you may want to be aware of!
A beautiful and well appointed property with a tranquil, green, central courtyard. Local wildlife wanders through to drink from the water feature. Watching a deer come in for a drink and a nibble while we were drinking coffee on the porch was a great way to start the day.
Walking distance to central Moab, off street parking, Jacuzzi spa, well appointed accommodations with coffee, 'fridge & microwave and a very comfortable bed made this a welcome stay.
