Washer/dryer included in unit, propane grill, outside table with 6 chairs & umbrella, and WIFI & FIOS. Parking for 2 cars in huge drive way! Bottom floor unit for rent only.

A beachview...

We parked our car & rarely used it as everything needed was within walking distance. We lived on the front porch except for sleeping & the beds were super comfortable

This rental is close to the beach and walking distance to several restaurants. We parked are car in the driveway and walked everywhere. Love sitting on the porch out front and the quiet of the back patio. Would have been nice to have more or undated kitchen pots and pans, but we managed. We were on vacation. Who cooks!

Location

Location is amazing as you are only steps away from the beach. I rented this for my family who were visiting from out of town, we have a place nearby. It was nice having them so close to us and so close to the beach. If you are looking for easy access to the beach you can't get much better than this. The house itself is, as described, rustic. There aren't many bells and whistles (no TVs in bedrooms) and the bedrooms and bathrooms are small but it suited our family just fine. Check in process was easy and owner was nice and very responsive.

Great location!

Perfect 1st floor location one short block to the beach. Front porch and back picnic table give ample spaces to enjoy sitting outside. Older house has character and charm with plenty of room to tuck into. Upstairs tenants were extremely helpful and Sal responded to all requests immediately. Thanks for a great stay!
