This home was incredibly charming and exactly as the pictures taken. The living area was perfect and accommodating all my guests for conversation and meals. The bedrooms were sufficient and had all the necessities. The front porch and backyard were perfect for outdoor gatherings. The walk to the beach was very doable. We all loved the home and hope to have a reason to return someday. Michael and Elizabeth were very communicative and responded almost immediately to anything I asked.

Lovely home, Great location

This family of 8 adults and 2 children enjoyed the porch, the many choices for having meals together, or in smaller groups, and especially, the large very well equipped kitchen. We loved having plenty of towels and beach towels. The walk to the beach (about 5 blocks) was made easy as it took us directly to the 2nd Ave boardwalk, with direct access to the beach.

Beach house family vacation

lots of bedrooms and AC was fine, really enjoyed short walk to beach. The front wrap around porch was a hit and it was behind amazing plantings that gave us privacy.

Cozy Winter Stay

We had a wonderful stay! We were in town for a bachelorette party and this was the perfect place to share! Spacious enough for people to spread out but also a great downstairs gathering area for the whole group to get together.

Really a unique home with plenty of space for our whole group. The porch and outdoor areas were really special and made for perfect evenings sitting outside. Nicely located between the downtown and the boardwalk. The owners are very kind and were very responsive when we had a question too!

Easy check in. Welcoming host. Appreciated the space heaters for chilly days and different temperature needs in different rooms. Well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed cooking meals for a large group here. Easy access to walks on the beach.

Perfect Beachside Home for Groups with a Wonderful Host

We loved our stay! Our group of 7 adults fit comfortably in the house with 8 bedrooms and a large living area for us to gather. The front porch and gardens are beautiful! Elizabeth was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. The house is in the PERFECT location! Only a few blocks from the boardwalk with tons of restaurants, shops, and access to the beach. We went during off season when it was quiet which was lovely, and would love to return in the Summer. Highly recommend staying here!

A Gem in Asbury

Just a few blocks to the beach or a short walk to the restaurants and bars of Cookman, this 8 bed was more than enough room for our party of 12. A beautiful house with great curb appeal was perfect for our annual summer trip to Asbury. The owners are responsive and super friendly. You won’t be disappointed!
