The house inside and out was a huge disappointment. From the moment we pulled up outside there were issues. The way in to the property was via an extremely steep slope which was slippery and bumpy. Unloading the cases was hard work. There was another driveway with level parking and access but it was barred by a chained gate. After managing to explain my limited mobility to the management company they begrudgingly unlocked the chained gate. The pictures showed a downstairs bedroom with an accessible bathroom. It did explain there were two steps to the kitchen from the dining area which I could manage, it did not explain the stone steps were uneven with limited head room to the dining room and a further step to the lounge and bedroom. After gaining entry to our bedroom, we were met by an extremely offensive smell of damp, with an even damper bathroom. Mould was coming through the bathroom tiles, damp had been painted over and the bathroom was dirty and the the door handle/lock was broken. It was so damp the bed felt wet and the wardrobe smelt unbearable. We managed to find an electric radiator to try and dry the room out, the following day we bought candles and air fresheners to lessen the smell,to no avail. Everything felt dirty, and on the second morning our bed was covered in ants.The pool was filthy, broken furniture, 1 chair broke when I sat in it. Overall very disappointed.
