Small stone house completely renovated on two floors. Located in the department of Aveyron, 10 kilometres from Villefranche de Rouergue. Not overlooked, very quiet, a place that will allow you to rest without any noise.
Dwelling:
On the ground floor, living room with fully equipped American kitchen. Upstairs, a 1st bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a second bedroom with 90 cm bunk beds. A toilet on each level.
Outside: Covered terrace and a pergola for meals. Enclosed land with 6.10/3.40 covered above-ground swimming pool. For children, wooden hut, trampoline, swing, trampoline, Ping.pong table...
