Pause Moulleau Lovely few days stay in this beautiful area. Apartment felt a bit smaller than looked on photos but fine for a short stay. So close to the beach that we could pop back and forth really easily. Good view from balcony but because location is so good it meant it was quite noisy.

Pause Moulleau "🙂 Outstanding location Studio well equipped Excellent bed despite being pull out sofa bed Great shower Fantastic proximity to beach and bars and resaurants 🙁 We were delayed in arrival and we set a new arrival time with the agent, notifying the agent when we were 30 minutes away. We then got there exactly as we expected, we had to wait 25 minutes for agent. This was a long day as we were driving from 10am and got there 7.15pm. Given the notice of the new arrival time, it was disappointing to wait to be let in. The front door keys were difficult on the lock. The airconditioner filled a water tray that overflowed to the tenant below, who came to complain about it. There were no laundry facilities on site that the agent could advise us of or that we could find."

Points positifs: communication avec l’agence,Personnes adorables ,Points negatifs: appartement vetuste, volet sales et bruyants, le lit ne peut pas se mettre en canapé sous peine detre déboîté, le recipenit de la clim doit etre vidé….. en gros toutes les 2h de fonctionnement .. concernant l’appart sur rue est extremement bruyant des 5h du matin jusqu’à 2h du matin avec les commerces en bas de l’immeuble.Sejour raté.

Pause Moulleau "Appartement serait très bien si vous pouvez améliorer ces 2 points. 🙂 L'emplacement idéal et surtout une place de parking sécurisé à l'arrière de la résidence. 🙁 pas de place pour déposer nos bagages et absence de penderie, c'est un peu complique pour un séjour de 10 jours. De plus, le store balcon est HS, on a donc pas pu l'utilisé les jours de grand soleil, je crains pour ceux du mois de JUILLET/AOUT. il reste à baisser les volets....c'est dommage !"
