About this property

"PARKER PLACE" Southern Leelanau county, 10 minutes from down town Traverse city

Newly Remodeled ranch home in a private setting. Clean comfortable and just 10 minutes from Traverse City. Wineries, boat launches, Sleeping Bear national lakes shore, South end TIKI bar and Timberlee Hills are all just minutes away. Parker Place is located on a private dirt road near the south end of Lake Leelanau and is surrounded by wooded wet lands. (This house is not waterfront and doesn't come with lake access. there is not public access to Lake Leelanau within walking distance.) It is a quiet natural setting and our guests have enjoyed watching the birds, rabbits Turtles and occasional raccoon. There is an outdoor table and umbrella in the grilling /fire pit area and we provide the campfire wood and gas for the grill. We keep the house fully stocked with plenty of towels, paper products and many extras. There are only two properties beyond this rental; one of them is mine and the other is a seasonal home so you can expect privacy and very little traffic. Parker Place is wonderful! The house was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at over the last 10 years. It is comfortable and spacious for a family. If you want quiet, this is your spot. The house is on a private road and is towards the end, so no traffic. It has a big yard for little ones to run and play. It’s only a short drive to TC and Sutton’s Bay. I would highly recommend for a family, a couple or girls weekend away.

Excellent July 4th weekend stay

The house was very clean and very accommodating with a lot of great weekend activities available such as a bonfire, grill and corn hole. It was a great experience for me and some friends and we got to enjoy a very fun July 4th weekend!
