Great Location Great Guest House

We had a great stay!! the house was perfect and the location was fantastic. We spent time at the like, fishing off the dock and enjoying the area. We cooked out on the deck and had dinner outside both nights! The host was fantastic and we could not have had a better stay!

Nothing but great things to say about the accommodations. The location is ideal, the accessibility is perfect and every little detail was included in the home. The area is quiet, peaceful, surrounded by trees and beautifully landscaped scenery. The owner was super friendly and easily accessible for any questions. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and the welcome gifts were appreciated. John was very responsive to our questions. This is a new VRBO and he is interested in providing a good experience for guests m. The guest house is up from the lake so you can’t see the lake very well from the guest house but we were encouraged to walk down to the lake. The temps were in the upper 90’s but it was very comfortable sitting in the shade of their beautiful trees and enjoying the breeze from the lake. We hope to stay their again.

Me & Grandma Gator Getaway!

Memories made with Grandma are forever! 6yo Lily enjoyed everything the property had to offer, especially the water feature in front of the main house. We enjoyed swimming and paddle boarding during the day and camp fires at night. The property was surprising conveniently located 2 miles from major retailers while yet feeling very secluded on the lakefront. The guesthouse is situated uphill from the main house and has a limited lakefront view. The interior of the house was top notch with meticulous care. The exterior deck area is in much need of some TLC. I am sure the owner John has plans in the works. The owner John was very accommodating and quick to respond with any inquiries. I definitely will come back!

Great location for exploring opportunities between Delavan Lake and Lake Geneva

Very cute guest house and the pictures accurately show the exterior and interior of the property. John provided thorough instructions for use of the house. We loved the location since we wanted to check out Lake Geneva and Delavan Lake in a short timeframe. I would stay at the house again; want to explore more of Delavan next time.

Fantastic Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. A private guesthouse with lake access. The property was private, clean. We made all of our meals in. Pleanty of dishes and cooking pans. John the owner was very helpful and easy to contact. The place itself is adorable and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed for a relaxing 3 day get away.
