Reduced price for summer of 2024. Summer Sea Condo #108: Newly remodeled and beautifully decorated 1st floor corner unit with a private outdoor entrance just steps away from the Marina. Nestled in the corner of Summer Sea and the beautiful Florida Bay, this location is serene, peaceful and picturesque! This fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 baths, sleeps 4 comfortably in beds with beautiful water views from the bedrooms. Enjoy the mix of vintage and modern furniture including custom driftwood breakfast bar, dining table from Bali, sectional couch, hardwood porcelain tile floors, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
Summer Sea has a beautiful large swimming pool, heated and cooled, and a second kids swimming pool, a game room with billiard tables, children's playroom, gym, laundry rooms and free community Wi-Fi!. The marina is teeming with sea life with the occasional manatee. Sit out on the sand to watch the fantastic sunsets or up on the roof top deck for a stunning view. Balcony has only partial view of the marina and bay.
Fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, bicycling, dining, and shopping are all nearby. Note: Renters are not allowed to have boats on the property as per Summer Sea Condominium's Rules.
28-day minimum stay, February requires a 2 month stay. No pets. No Smoking. Discount offered for long term rentals. A Florida Lease, application and background check performed by the condominium is required. Their $200 fee is nonrefundable. Summer Sea Condominium requires a 5 day notice.
Please note that a $1,500 security deposit will be held against your credit card three days before your arrival and released after departure. This is not a charge, just a hold until it can be verified that there is no damage.
