This beautiful, modern, upgraded 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment at Summer Sea has everything you would want for your fabulous vacation. New to the rental market, this top floor apartment has a Brand-new modern kitchen, stainless steel appliances and all new furniture will make your stay a joy! The master bedroom has a new queen size bed. With a full size bed plus bunkbeds and a half bathroom in the guest bedroom, there is plenty of room for the grandkids to visit. Come and visit the owner's pride and joy!
Summer Sea has two pools, gym, beach, BBQ, game rooms, Laundry rooms and free community Wi-Fi with onsite management. The perfect place to spend your vacation! MM88.5, Islamorada. Summer Sea is a residential condominium with a friendly atmosphere. A beautiful sandy area and lots of space to stretch. Islamorada calls itself the fishing capital of the world, with diving, eating and fabulous weather.
Summer Seas is located at MM 88.5, 68 miles from Miami, in the Heart of Islamorada, "The Fishing Capital of the World".
A Florida lease, and application with a background check performed by the condominium is required. Their $200 processing fee is non-refundable. Summer Sea Condominium requires a 5 day notice. 28-day minimum, Minimum rental of 2 months when renting February. No Pets, No Smoking. If you cancel your reservation within 90 days, a cancellation fee of 3% will be charged to cover costs plus a $200 cancellation fee.
