This apartment has a million dollar view, the kind you have always dreamed of for a vacation of a lifetime! The apartment is unique with tropical decor and a a beautiful wall mural. It has all the comforts of home with new flat screen TV's, new carpet and updated appliances and fixtures. It is located on the coveted Plantation Key, Islamorada, Florida Keys. It sleeps two in the bedroom with a pullout couch in the living room.

Summer Sea Condominium is a gated residential community located at MM88.5 in the Fabulous Florida Keys! The grounds are rambling with two pools, beach area, marina, community room, exercise room, sauna, Laundry rooms and free community Wi-Fi etc. on 3 acres. This is a friendly residential condominium where making friends is easy. You will want to come back year after year!
28-day minimum, Minimum rental of 2 months when renting February. No Pets, No Smoking.
Florida Lease required. application and background check performed by the condominium is required. Summer Sea Condominium requires a 5-day notice, and their $200 fee is nonrefundable. Please note that a $1,500 security deposit will be HELD against your credit card three days before your arrival and released after departure. This is not a charge, just a hold until it can be verified that there is no damage. If you cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee of 3% will be charged to cover costs. Summer Sea Condominium requires a 5 day notice. Feel free to inquire for all details.

Fantastic view!

It was so enjoyable sitting on the balcony watching the boats out on the bay and the changing weather. Convenient location for going either north or south. We explored from the Everglades to Key West.

Breath taking view

We had a wonderful stay, the month of March. Our condo had a bay side view so every day we were able to look out at water. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the pool is heated and kept at a comfortable temp. The beach is a perfect place to sun and watch the boats go by. Kayaking, snorkeling and swimming, all in one place. Friendly place and people.

Loved my stay at Summer Sea. Jonelle greeted me outside at 10:45pm when I arrived from a long 20+ hour journey to Florida. She welcomed me and helped me move my stuff in upstairs. I stayed a month and a half. I loved the Marina, pool and sunsets! Enjoyed my stay!

Awesome views and people, wish the pool had sun all day (afternoon only), and could only ue internet when i was at the pool or in the lobby, not in the unit. The rentql agent was the best!
