Newly Updated Home with a private HEATED POOL - minutes from Downtown Gilbert

Recently renovated, clean and spacious home with a private heated pool and a relaxing backyard. Ideal for a sunny getaway! The house has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, new furniture and new comfortable mattresses for a good-night's rest. Located in a convenient neighborhood where everything is less than 10 minutes away.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Absolutely NO PARTIES or events will be tolerated. No more than 10 people in the house. This will be strictly enforced.

POOL heating charge is $40 per day - need 3-4 days advance notice. (Heated water temperature is dependent upon ambient temperature. Exact water degrees can’t be guaranteed)
Early check-in and Late check-out fee is $40 - based on availability.

Nice place to stay!

Great location. Communication with Olga was very good. This house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely pick this house again.

Spring Break 2024

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic, and the pool was a highlight. Checking in was easy, and the host was quick to answer any questions we had. It was a truly wonderful experience overall.

Great spot

We used this space for me and my bridesmaids to get ready the day of my wedding then for me and my husband on the wedding night. Great spot, beautiful home. The homeowners were very communicative and easy to work with

Great place!!!!

Very clean and central location. Owners are very polite and accommodating. Ended up not leaving by check out time due to baby sleeping and owners were understanding. Nice area and pool was awesome. Kids loved it. Definitely staying here again.

Spring Break

Clean and well organised home worked great for our family of five. Pool with slide and basketball hoop kept kids occupied for hours. Good location for access to Suburban Phoenix.

My husband and I have are from Washington State and have always wanted to make Arizona our second home. We finally had an opportunity to do that this year. My husband's work as a pilot helps us split our time between Washington and Arizona and we couldn't be more excited! Our 4 year-old Harrison and 1 year-old baby Mila, join us on our adventures and make life so much more exciting!
