Place was perfect for our stay! Clean and spacious! The host was very easy to work with. It was nice to have a garage available for parking. We enjoyed our time in the pool, great for the hot days! Location was excellent, close to many of our favorite restaurants in Gilbert. Would definitely recommend for a stay!

Great place! Clean and modern. Pool was fantastic. Comfortable beds. Hosts were very responsive. A/C worked well. TVs in all bedrooms (would recommend bringing your own Rokus) Played lots of pool and ping pong. We would definitely stay here again.

This home suited us perfectly! Everything we needed was provided. From the comfortable beds and spacious kitchen to the refreshing pool and relaxing family room. It was also a great location. Close to everything we needed. Our grandchildren adapted without a single problem. Overall, it was just an easy, comfortable, and relaxing stay. Jessica was especially gracious when we had a medical emergency and an issue with the stove. We would stay here another time without hesitation!

The home was a perfect location between graduation festivities in Tempe and Queen Creek. Plenty of room and everything we needed — from a clothes steamer to toothpicks! We enjoyed cooling off in the pool and appreciated the availability of garage parking with the heat. Our hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. Wonderful home located in a quiet neighborhood in Gilbert which offers many restaurants and attractions. Home was clean with thoughtful amenities. This was such a great property! It had everything we needed- from pool towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and even a sweet welcome treat that was greatly appreciated after a day of travel! It’s also conveniently located near historic downtown Gilbert (wonderful restaurants). Beds were comfy, house was spotless, WiFi was great, the kids (and husband) loved the pool table /ping pong table, and we had a wonderful visit! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! This home holds sentimental value being that it was our first home ever purchased a week after getting married. Our children are now grown and we are empty nesters choosing to use this home as our private getaway to a quiet area when needed to take a break from our busy lifestyles. We take pride in preparing it for just the right guests. We have just painted this home, put in new carpet with nickel fixtures and new furniture, giving it a fresh new look!

Why they chose this property

This home is in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. We purchased this house because we absolutely love the small town feel with accessibility to the big city of Phoenix, by way of the highway within 20 minutes! The floor plan is the best! It has an Open Concept kitchen/living room. This is perfect for entertaining guests. The kitchen has a view of the pool and the backyard area and has no two story homes on the back side of this house making the pool a very private area!

What makes this property unique

The master bedroom is immaculate and spacious with a large walk-in closet, beautiful dressers, and nice 48' flatscreen TV. This is an absolutely perfect bedroom to relax in while resting on a comfortable king size bed. This bedroom has a bathroom with a garden tub as well as double sinks with new nickel fixtures and a new shower.

*Please note: Pool Heat is Optional. Pool heat fee is $35/day. Please request pool heat at least one week prior to reservation.
