Excellent Vacation House

This property was fantastic. Location was perfect in a great, safe neighborhood, convenient to everything we wanted to do. The house was very roomy and comfortable with little touches that made it feel like so homey. Our month here was very enjoyable and we hated to leave.

great stay, heated pool was great, as was the outdoor dining area, and the play room. My only issue was with the bed in the primary bedroom - the mattress was way too soft and kind of squashed on one side, it really needs replacing.

My favorite place

This house was perfect for our trip. The pool was warm. We enjoyed the firepit. The master bath was amazing. There were lots of little details that made our stay so comfortable. There were 4 kids in our party from 10 - 14 and they were all happy and busy while we were there as were the adults.

We go to Spring Hill every year for vacation to visit family, this year was great, the house was very clean, well supplied, and the host Cindy could not have been nicer, more welcoming, or accommodating. The pool was fantastic, she definitely made it feel like it was our house for the week.. We will definitely be going back!

Beautiful home

This house is stunning. The beds are comfortable and the linens & pillows are of high quality. That gigantic shower will be a conversation piece for years! Even the pots & pans are nice. The pool was gorgeous & refreshing. There are thoughtful touches in every room.

Great House

This is a lovely property in a corner location within a quiet neighbourhood. It had plenty of room for all seven of us. The salt water pool was great. We were unfortunate to have been there during Tropical Storm Debby which meant part of the pool deck and lanai flooded badly due to the amount of rain, however this won't prevent us booking again for next year.

Mother's Day Get-A-Way

I was looking for a place to rent with a pool for a quick get away. This place was near where I have family living and the entertaining space was perfect. Comfortable beds, beautiful outdoor pool/bar kitchen area with firpit. Kitchens and baths were fully stocked. Every person from my 7 year old son, to my 63 year old mom said they want to come back.

Thanksgiving with family

I cannot say enough good things about this property! Over the past few years our family has spread out over 4 counties and we decided on Spring Hill to get together for the Thanksgiving holiday. Cindy graciously offered the use of her home for our meal and it could not have gone better. The kids were living the heated pool even though the outside temps were in the low 60’s! Will definitely rent again in the future!

Lovely, Welcoming Home in Nice Neighborhood

We thought the home was lovely with many extra touches in decorating. The outdoor space was amazing with a covered patio, warm heated pool and abundant space to enjoy meals and play board games and cards. We spent absolutely most of our time outside in the patio space and in the pool. The neighborhood was great for bike riding. Our host, Cindy, was great and extremely responsive when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to return.

My husband and I have spent the first few months of the year getting the home ready to share with seasonal tenants when we are not there enjoying it. I am anxious to share my home so others can create new family memories as I have. I love being a part of making new memories for the families that stay in my home. It is very rewarding.

There's room for everyone! A lavish master Suite for Mom & Dad, A custom built Bunk Room for the kids, and an Ensuite for Grandma & Grandpa or older teens. A large built-in table that accommodates up to 10 and a snack bar that seats 4 also. Both a Family room off the kitchen, Living room with office/Reading Knook, Game Room, and Covered Lanai with outside Kitchenette/Bar that leads to screened in heated Pool. Plus an outdoor fire pit with benches to enjoy family bonfires! Everything to have a great family vacation.
