Spacious 2 bed 2 bath with over 1400 square feet to relax in. Beautiful water views from your screened in lanai with sliders to bring the outdoors in. Updated kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. Community swimming pool, tennis court, pickle ball, shuffleboard, and barbecue grills.
If staying in and relaxing is your objective, you have a fully equipped kitchen to cook in, a spacious lanai with a beautiful view to dine or chill on & you can watch pelicans, ducks, egrets, and sometimes a visiting otter.
The community is within the area to use the app “Slidr” for free rides to the beach or anywhere within their service area. Uber or Lyft is a short ride to downtown Naples.
Note: The condo is on the second floor. One flight up. There is no elevator. No shared walls with neighbors. Just neighbors underneath on the ground floor.

Why they chose this property
This property is located in a neighborhood that is close enough to Downtown Naples that you don't have to experience the traffic that those coming down from North Naples have to sit in. Access to the beach is also very easy. Everything is walkable or a very short Uber or Lyft ride.
What makes this property unique
The property has a water feature that has wonderful wildlife around it. We have watched mama ducks and their ducklings grow up right before our eyes. You can sit on the lanai and enjoy the view for hours. It is a wonderful walking neighborhood.
