Welcome to the Roadhouse! The Roadhouse is in the center of Lake of the Ozarks. This is not a lakefront property. It is better! Bring the Band or bring the cousins. We have space. This property offers (5) king bedrooms, a bedroom with (4) queen-sized beds bunkbeds style, one bedroom with a queen bed, and 4 couches. 22-person max capacity. The Sunrise Beach Roadhouse is just minutes from the best Ozark beaches that Lake of the Ozarks has to offer. This well-appointed SEVEN-bedroom home with five full bathrooms split between 2 levels is located directly off Hwy 5 in Sunrise Beach, MO. The lake is just a mile east and west of this home. You can easily reach Franky & Louie’s, Captain Ron’s Bar & Grill, The Branding Iron Restaurant and Saloon, Woods Supermarket, Pappa’s Pit Stop, and many other conveniences within minutes. There is plenty of parking for boats, trailers, RV's. Pets are allowed with an additional fee, please message to discuss. This property provides easy access for trailers, trucks, and motorcycles. Allowing parking for over 50 cars.
This is a private commercial building, functioning as a private ‘hotel’ for your enjoyment. This building has been built to enjoy, celebrate, party, and get loud.
You can enjoy the best of both worlds at Lake of the Ozarks. Go fast on big waves and party on in the eastside or relax on the westside.
We have all you need to cook and serve a meal. The property includes all the facilities, towels, laundry detergents, soaps, shampoo, and conditioners. There is a gas BBQ grill located on site and gas exchange is available at Woods Supermarket, if more is needed.
The trails at Ha Ha Tonka State Park are a must see. Below is a list of great business that have provided for my family over the years.

The cancellation policy is 100% refund if canceled 30 days before arriving. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations before 2 weeks of check-in. There will be no refunds when canceled less than two weeks before check-in.

I am a proud product of Franklin Township, Indiana. I later moved to Sunrise Beach Missouri at the age of 15. I graduated from Missouri S&T formerly UMR with a degree in Civil Engineering. I am a proud United States of America Army MP Veteran, father of 5 and entrepreneur. I have hired the best craftsmen and laborers Camden County has to offer and many veterans to transform this old hair salon and 40.0 acres into something that will provide a place many families will enjoy themselves and explore this wonderful area my father led me to. I built railroad tie wall next to the fire pit at age 16, and now 50 years later I never envisioned a hot tub sitting atop it.
I live just down the road in Osage Beach, MO. My Brother Mark and Shaylnn are our hosts who live close and can help with anything.
Why they chose this property
Have no idea. My Dad built the building in 1987. I used it as an office. Now, we are try to pick up some tourist income and provide a place to stay for our traveling engineers from our office in Edwardsville, IL.
