Enjoy Gods beautiful planet taking in the oceans air & visiting the beach in this Large Guest Studio in Sunset/HB with vaulted ceilings located on the Northside of the property. Imagine walking out to the beach anytime of the day....
Perfect for small families having to be in the area for business.
Come visit HB/SUnset where there is always something to do. And breathing in the fresh air makes you feel free.
Windows of guesthouse studio face the green belt. Kitchen has a new oven, new microwave, Full size Refrigerator and crystal like counters.Modern cabinets & tile floors and full-size bath/shower combo.

Beach entrance to the left. Or inside private beach entrance on site.
Perfect for those who must work yet love to run, walk, bike, skate, surf, sunbath in the light. Or have to work in the area.
Queen bed fits 2 comfortably & daybed for kids.
We have a blow up mattress on the trundle; if that will work for your 2nd person or child. Space is large enough to fit a small family. 2 adults max unless you come down to meet us.
air purifier (& tower speaker) to the rental to clean the air & you can open the slider or windows if you want to breathe in the ocean air.
Nothing is more fun than the beach. Collect shells, walk into town, go to a local hang out, or explore Huntington Beach, Sunset or Long Beach. All have shops, restaurants, & outdoor markets. Beach boardwalk hang outs (at the end of the free parking area) like Sea Legs, or Sea Salt ; have live music, fire pits, outdoor seating and food/drinks for sale.

You can’t beat the location or experience.
Safe, beautiful neighborhood, Greenbelt landscaping, street sweep & leveling the sand on the beach is managed by the city of HB.
Do you like touching nature? imagine playing in the water, laying in the sun, walking in the sand and seeing the stars and moon at night.
1 Uncovered private parking provided in front w:a parking pass; otherwise you would have to search for a spot in the public parking nearby.

Quick beach getaway

Me, my husband and 12 yr old son stayed. Sleep sofa was comfy. Air mattress provided for our son. Very clean. Steps to the sand. Designated parking a plus but may not fit a XL vehicle. Our Dodge Durango just fit. Not much as far as cookware but lots a restaurants nearby, many walking distance. Donna was always quick to respond.

Great location, on a quiet section of beach

My wife, two daughters l, and I stayed at this location. It is a studio, with great eateries nearby. Very quick and easy access to Sunset Beach.

Perfect summer staycation

Very clean. Perfect for a small family. Great location no issues. Donna was kind and friendly. She answered all my questions right away . Lots of things to do around the area . Love the early morning walks along the beach .That’s the best part about this place its steps away from the beach.

Just a few steps to the beach

Great place to stay and property is right on the beach. I loved being able to take a quick walk on the beach at anytime. Having parking was a huge plus too. The unit was very clean and the rollout couch was very comfortable. I would easily stay gain.

This place is a gem. The studio was perfect for my boyfriend and I. Very clean. The location was exactly what we were looking for. The house is on the beach! It is private and quiet. We will definitely be back! Donna was a helpful and available host.

Excellent laid-back retreat on Sunset Beach

Everything was easy and low stress. Right on the beach. Reserved parking! Several restaurants within walking distance. Perfect for a couple, might be crowded with more than one child. Welcome respite from expensive crowded beaches further south.

Great time

Host was super nice, always responsive with any questions! Studio just steps to the sand and in a great location with lots of restaurants and activities to do! Would definitely recommend. Also super cute and clean!
