Cozy, Comfortable, Classy condo Sunset Beach/Huntington Beach 5-min walk to sand

Located near the beach, this condo is in Sunset Beach, a neighborhood in Huntington Beach. Comfortable 800sf one bedroom condo 2nd floor with nice balcony/patio with kayak, manual scooters, and boogie boards provided. Neighborhood is quiet, complex has pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, private marina access, & outdoor shower. Kitchen has full size appliances (fridge, oven, range top, dishwasher, microwave, double sink). Fast internet Wi-Fi, 65" TV with cable and all streaming apps. Blackout curtains in bedroom, and bed is very comfortable. Every sunset is spectacular.
The beach is a 5-minute stroll, condo on Hwy 1 (PCH) so just cross street at the lite and beach is 1/2 block. This is a great condo, perfect for getting away from it all and truly unwinding with reasonable pricing makes it a very rare find for a couple 2 guest maximum.
Our rates are already heavily discounted for monthly rentals. No exceptions to the 30-night minimum, the City of HB has a $1000 fine per day for violations.
