Excellent property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of room for our large family. Great balconies. Beach across the street is nice and just a short walk. The pool area is nice too. Property is well stocked with towels, kitchen needs etc. We would rent again.

Absolutely Spectacular

We enjoyed every second of our day! Plenty of space for the entire family with everything you need to feel at home. The beach access was so pretty and an easy walk for the little ones. We will definitely be coming back!

A perfect family stay

Our group of adult family members stayed at this lovely top floor condo for Thanksgiving week. It had every amenity, from cooking supplies to beach towels and sporting equipment. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo is huge, with room for everyone, including two lovely patios.

Family vacation

Our first family vacation with all my children, their spouses and grand grandchildren and it was a HUGE success. We had ample space for all of us. Three families, 6 adults, plus myself, and 4 children (ages1-13) location was perfect for having children and we used the screened in patio for cooking breakfast every morning perfect in every way.

Wow! This place had it all! 13 people from 4 to 70 and fun was had by all. Kitchen so well stocked you feel like you are in your own kitchen! Host checked on us several times and were very accommodating! A day at the beach, the locker had it all! Chairs umbrellas wagon Sand toys the kids even several coolers and pop up awnings. Beach towels galore. And at nite several family games too. Each area In the penthouse had tv for everyone viewing. As a Christmas gift to my family they all hated to see the week end. We will surely add this to our return list in the future! Thank Jeff and Cindy for your beautiful accommodations!

The stay at Jeff's Penthouse condo was Amazing !! It was one of the best vacation properties that suited our whole family. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, relaxing and everything we could have asked for. There was nothing lackng in the condo from linens, towels, kitchen items, to pool / beach accessories and even baby items. It was large enough for some of our local family to come over and visit. Our family has spent a week at New Smyrna Beach for the past 30 years -- with our kids growing up and spawning their own. Therefore, we look at several options every years to accommodate our burgeoning family, and this condo is the best EVER! There's a grill on the balcony, so we don't have to wait in line to use the public one by the swimming pool. There is a myriad of refrigerators, and the previous renters left treats of drinks and condiments. We left some for the next folks, too. The view overlooks the pool, which is amazing -- especially when we want to see if part of our clan is at the pool. The screen on the front and back balconies make them usable at night when the no-see-ums come out. The owners supplied a PDF of the parking pass, so we could print out as many as we needed. We've always had to fight Ocean Walk before for more than 2 passes, since our family converges from 6 different directions and 2 states. There's access to the storage closet that houses all manner of beach paraphernalia, so we won't bring any chairs or umbrellas next year. And there's a crib in a closet, so we don't have to bring the Pack-n-Play Thank you! We already booked our week for next year!

Comfortable & relaxing

This is a beautiful and spacious condo. The owners have it well appointed with everything you need to be comfortable, from the bedding to the towels. We had 3 generations of adults there was plenty of gathering space and privacy.
