One of the best properties in New Smyrna for big families! 3000 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 3 with with ensuite baths, plus loft / extra sleeping area., 2 screened in patios, outdoor kitchen, open concept with huge living room and gourmet kitchen. Ocean views from front patio and living room, estuary views from back patio and master bedroom. Have coffee and watch the sun rise on the front screened in balcony, then finish the day with a glass of wine and watch it set from on the back screened balcony!

Great for 3 or 4 couples, or for 1 or 2 large families with kids! High chair, booster seats, crib, and pack and play all here! Good set up for remote work, including printer and good wifi!

Just bring your suitcase! Everything you need to enjoy the beach is here - beach chairs, umbrellas, canopies, coolers, beach towels, and corn hole!

Spacious open concept main living area features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, equipped with everything you need to cook for your crew. Wine cooler in kitchen as well. Make as much or as little coffee as you need - Keurig Duo coffee maker uses pods for single cups, or can make coffee by the pot the old fashioned way! Don't miss the margarita blender! Dining room table is set up for 6, but you can add a leaf and seat 8. Seating for 4 at the kitchen bar, and seating for another 8 at the expandable table on the adjacent screened in porch. 1/2 bath off kitchen/living room area for convenience. High chair and booster seats for the young ones!

Screened in outdoor kitchen has all the necessities - a grill, an ice maker, a beer fridge, a Smart TV, and a sink.. 2 seating areas in the main screened in area, and a second seating area for sun-bathing outside the screen on the balcony.

Living room has ocean views, and is set up with a sofa, love seat, a couple of armchairs, and a 65" Smart TV with cable. Plenty of tables to set your drinks on as well.

Master suite is a beautiful retreat with windows all around. Patio doors to both front and back balconies. There is a work station that includes a printer for those tasks you can't put off until you get home. Beautiful, comfortable king bed with 55" Smart TV so you can doze off to your favorite TV shows. Luxurious master bath has large walk-in shower with multiple jet settings, large jacuzzi tub, his and hers vanities, and a private commode.

Second guest suite has a queen bed, Smart TV, and full ensuite bath. Suite also has private access to rear screened in balcony.

3rd guest suite is a very flexible space - main bed is a queen, but room includes 2 twin beds plus a trundle, so lots of room for kids! Suite also has a full ensuite bath and Smart TV.

Upstairs is a loft space for hanging out, also has a 2 queen beds. In addition to the sleeping accommodations there's a big flatscreen TV, and a second work station / desk for work, or remote school spot for the kids.

All linens, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, wash cloths are supplied. In unit washer and dryer as well!

Short walk to the beach - it's just across the street, and our building is close to the cross walk. Rec center with pool is right beside our building - you can actually watch your kids swim from the balcony - might not win you parent of the year award, but if your kids are old enough and can swim, carry on! Rec center beside us also has a bocce court. There are tennis courts and a second rec center and pool on property as well!

Storage locker right outside the door to conveniently store all the beach toys - keeps the sandy stuff outside! Pet-free condo!

Can sleep up to 15. 2 in the master suite, 2 in suite 2, 5 in suite 3, 4 in the loft, and 2 on the pull-out sofa in the living room.

Saturday to Saturday bookings preferred between April and August please! But...we can be flexible with some weeks - please contact us before booking anything other than Saturday to Saturday and we will work with you as best we can. Thanks!!
