The room was nice and relatively conveniently located. Check-in was terrible. Host did not respond to multiple messages ahead of check-in, including one to drop a bag off a couple hours early. The address was not correct (it directed me to a unit where someone was living permanently, and they came to the door as I was fumbling with the lockbox). When I got to the unit, I spent 10 minutes trying to get the code to the lockbox to work, finally called the owner, only for them to tell me the code she had provided was in fact the wrong one. Despite all that, the room was nice and my stay was otherwise uneventful.

Amazing neighborhood!!!

Such a great place to stay, everything was within walking distance and everybody was super friendly. I will be back! Highlights were Katami for dinner and Harry’s for brunch, Anvil for cocktails and Lola’s Depot for a rowdy night.

A very nice small apartment

The stay was great. I had the apartment for 2 weeks and the host had set out coffee for me for each day I stayed. It was clean and very tidy. I cooked several meals there and slept well. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Quiet Sanctuary in a Wonderful Neighborhood

I needed a place to relax in between events. I had travelled to Houston to stand up in a friend's wedding, and needed a place to rest and recharge. This place was perfect for that. Near to all kinds of city amenities, great restaurants, had everything I needed to be comfortable, and in the middle of a quiet neighborhood. When I visit Houston again, I will definitely consider booking this room again.

The location is great. Very quiet neighborhood. Only problem I had was with the lockbox for the key. Difficulty opening. I called and in 10 minutes someone came and unlocked the box.
