ELEVATOR. 2 private Ocean front Outdoor pools, 1 kiddie pool, 1 indoor pool and a hot tub. This complex is located near the end of the Island where you have the Ocean in front and the Intra-costal Waterway in the back. Has Broadband Wireless Internet. Full size Washer/Dryer.

This unit is perfect for those who want to experience spectacular views of the surrounding area, sparsely populated wide sandy beaches, warm sunshine and walks to the end of the Island to fish, hunt for shells or just sight see and enjoy the quiet natural surroundings. Beach gear (chairs, etc.) can be left in bins at the beginning of the boardwalk. Beach gear and linens are not supplied. Most bring their own but can be rented also. I can supply contacts if needed.

We loved the oceanfront view and enjoyed walking the short distance to the end of OIB, where the waterway meets the ocean. Very clean property with all the amenities we needed. It was a great Thanksgiving beach trip!

Birthday weekend for wife.

We had a super time in this condo. It was my wife's birthday (breast cancer survivor this year), and my sister was dobe with two of three chemotherapy treatments for her cancer. The condo was spacious and inviting. Close enough to businesses and restaurants, but far enough to be out of the traffic. I highly recommend this condo.

Ladies long weekend

Myself and companions were more than pleased with our accommodations. They were spacious, well appointed, and the kitchen was updated in every way. We especially enjoyed the 8th floor balcony where we watched dolphins all weekend, and were eye level with the pelicans. Would definitely book again!

Huge, clean condo with everything we needed. All communications were flawless. Safe. Beach and pools were clean. Close to everything we need in ocean isle but felt secluded. Our second year here and we will be back.

We may be spoiled and never want to stay anywhere else. Huge updated condo with everything you would need. Safe. Nice beach. Big clean pools. Other occupants very friendly.
