Beautiful oceanfront 3BR condo is your home at the beach!

"Joanzin' for the Beach" is a beautifully designed (complete remodel in 2022) family friendly 3 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo where the beach and ocean are in your backyard and the views and sounds of the ocean are always there!

Enjoy a gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook anything you wish. Well designed interior rooms provide maximum comfort and "homeyness!" and Smart TVs allow for browsing provided local TV or accessing your own apps! High speed Wi-Fi 6 internet allows streaming as well as working, and the outdoor storage has beach sand chairs and beach umbrellas along with some other beach items. Charcoal grills are on property for guest use

Located in the very desirable west end of Ocean Isle Beach while still being a short drive from amazing restaurants, shops, and experiences both on- and off-island. Kid friendly, with games to play, beach toys, kid's beach chairs, and a crib and high-chair included in the property. Sorry, no pets.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Linens (sheets and towels) are not included, but there are services on the island that can provide linens for you and have it dropped off! Let us know if you need recommendations. The property does not allow golf carts. There is a Ring doorbell camera on the front door. This is for your protection and ours. It is not monitored during your stay, and is motion-triggered. It sees the door area only. There is an Amazon Alexa speaker in the property. If there's a yellow ring light visible, that means it has a notification for you! Ask it to read the notification - typically these are weather alerts that we have subscribed to for your protection. The device DOES NOT record you or hear you. Please do not disconnect it. If you do, remember to plug it back in before you leave. This is a safety protection for you and your family in the event of bad weather in addition to its paid Amazon Music subscription for your enjoyment.

Perfect condo for our family. Everything was as described. Nice area of Ocean Isle Beach. I do wish that there was more lighting in the parking lot. It is very dark walking to the condo at night. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Place for Quiet Vacation

We were trying to find a place that would be similar to the Ocean Isle Winds Resort that in now private. This was perfect and very quiet. Nice accommodations and great having condiments to avoid buying them. Very kid friendly and nice to have a crib and high chair.

This is a beautiful, well-equipped and comfortable condo right on the beach. The hosts have gone above and beyond to make their home as comfortable and convenient as it could possibly be! They graciously provide a well-stocked spice/seasoning cabinet and fridge and a very extensive beach closet with multiple (nice, comfortable) chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The condo is beautifully/tastefully decorated and everything felt new and very clean. Rick is very responsive and helpful—just wonderful all-around. Thank you for a lovely stay—one of the nicest VRBOs we have stayed at!

It has everything you need and more!

This was our second consecutive summer staying at this condo and we did that because this place truly has it all. It’s clean, updated, and has all the accommodations that anyone would need for a stay at the beach. The owner is outstanding to work with and we would definitely highly recommend this property.

Everything you need!

This condo has everything you need - super comfy bedding, oceanfront view, short walk to the beach, fully stocked kitchen, tons beach gear in the storage closet, up to date technology. Our family of 4 had such a lovely time last year that we came back for our 2023 trip!

We love the beach, the ocean, fishing, cooking, enjoying all things local - restaurants, breweries, shops. We love hosting because we can share a little bit of this paradise with you.

Why they chose this property

The west end of Ocean Isle Beach is the best neighborhood on the best southeastern North Carolina beach. It's quiet, sparsely populated even in the highest peak of summer, and most properties are well maintained. The island itself is family friendly, and caters to everyone not just summer partiers.

What makes this property unique

Instead of being a rental-first property, this is our second home. As such, it's designed and decorated to be a comfortable, relaxing second home, with top quality kitchenware, furniture, and amenities that we love when we're there. You won't have inexpensive items, mis-matched "extra" furniture, or low cost flooring.
