Come stay in our clean, sanitized, comfortable, private townhouse has all the amenities of home and is close to everything and in a safe neighborhood!
You can see the Grand Ole Opry from the upstairs master bedroom.

The Kitchen has a dishwasher, regular coffee maker plus a Keurig single cup maker, microwave, and all amenities. A sliding glass door off the kitchen leads to a covered patio. Spend your evenings relaxing on the patio, grilling in a privacy-fenced yard.

1.5 mi Opryland Hotel and Convention Center (not recommended to walk due to no sidewalks and highway)
2 mi to Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Mall

12 mi. to downtown Broadway (3 different routes which make it very easy to navigate around Nashville traffic from this area)

Other attractions that are nearby: South Broadway Honkytonks, The Hermitage (Andrew Jackson's home), Two Rivers Mansion, Percy Priest Lake, The Parthenon.

PARKING AND GETTING AROUND:
There is a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars. It's a short 12-15 min ride to downtown lower Broadway. Parking downtown is expensive and hard to find. Uber and Lyft are the best and most affordable options.

Jennifer was an awesome host. We survived the Nashville Ice Storm of January 2026 in her lovely home. She extended our stay very graciously when we got stuck there because of the weather event. Everything here is clean and well thought out. All the amenities you expect in a vacation home. Very comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. Location is very convenient to all Nashville attractions and all traveler needs. Planning to stay again!!

We really enjoyed staying there and appreciated having the book with all the information in it.We included some of the maps and brochures that we had collected and put them in the books for others.It was great having all the Christmas decorations. It helped make it feel Homie.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family of 4. I was very impressed with the thought the owner has put into all the extra things a guest might need. The kitchen was very well stocked as well as lots of extra blankets, pillows and towels. There was also ziplock bags, shampoo, and body wash. We will definitely stay here again.

We came to Nashville to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The townhouse was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. It was close enough to everything we needed/wanted to do and we had all the comforts of home. The neighborhood is safe and you can have any kind of food delivered. The townhouse comes equipped with everything you need. Definitely worth the stay!

The house is fabulous. Very close to the Opry. Back porch is great. Beds very comfortable. The only thing I will say is the pressure in the shower isn't very strong. Not an issue for most but when you have long thick hair it just takes some extra effort to get it rinsed out. Great communication with the owner who is very nice. Absolutely recommend this as a place to stay in Nashville

I'm from CA originally. I moved here 35 years ago, so I guess you could say I'm a local! I live with my husband, who is from Tennessee. We have been pretty fortunate to own this home and live nearby in this area. We enjoy living in NashVegas! There is always something to do, it's a great city!

Why they chose this property

It's in such a convenient location next to Opryland and near the airport. It's usually easy to avoid any traffic and you can get downtown several ways from here. We want people to enjoy their stay here as much as we enjoyed staying in vacation rentals homes in other locations.

What makes this property unique

It's a great location in what locals call, Hip Donelson. It's close to the airport, music venues and shopping. It has a privacy fenced yard and private 3 car driveway. The neighbors are all very nice. It's a safe quiet neighborhood.
