Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man zum Urlaub braucht! Großartig! Besonders die Dachterrasse mit den Liegestühlen war unser Highlight! Schon morgens konnten wir draußen frühstücken und den tollen Ausblick über die Maremma genießen! Absolut zu empfehlen!!!

Ein absoluter Traumurlaub!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung. Das Haus ist nicht nur sehr schön, sondern auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet eine super Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die traumhafte Dachterrasse – ideal, um den Tag mit einem Glas Wein bei toller Aussicht ausklingen zu lassen.Der Vermieter war äußerst nett und hilfsbereit, schon bei der Anreise wurden wir herzlich empfangen und bekamen viele tolle Tipps für die Umgebung. Man spürt, dass hier mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt alles für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt vorbereitet wurde.Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder – absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr hochwertige und schöne Unterkunft

Wunderschönes Haus, Top-Lage, in einem kleinen Bergdorf nicht weit vom Meer. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt im toskanischen Dorf

Wir haben die Zeit in dem Haus und in Giuncarico genosen. Die Ausstattung inkl aller Kleinigkeiten war hervorragend! Das Haus hat uns mit seiner schönen Atmosphäre sofort begeistert. Leben im toskanischen Dorf

Wir wurden pünktlich und herzlichst empfangen, sowie auch verabschiedet. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet mit Lebensmittel und Geschirr. Grosses, schönes Haus mit drei wunderbaren Terrassen, welche grosszügig mit Sonnenschirmen und Gartenmöbel ausgerüstet sind. Morgen - Mittag- und Abendstunden verbrachten wir Auf der Terrasse und genossen die jeweiligen Zeiten im Schatten oder der Abendsonne. Ruhige Lage in einem kleinen typischen Bergdorf. 10 Min. zu Fuss zum kleinen Laden und zum besten Restaurant in der Umgebung. Für alle weiteren Unternehmungen ist ein Auto unumgänglich. Ein fabelhafter Aufenthalt!

nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa, qui est tres bien aménagée, spacieuse, confortable! L'accueil a été parfait et la communication avec Joachim le proprietaire également! La villa est située dans un adorable petit village en haut d'une colline avec une vue imprenable et nous avons mangé dans l'auberge du village ou l'accueil et les plats étaient parfaits. Je recommande cette location à 100% !

Alles super! Der Kontakt bei Ankunft und Abfahrt verlief reibungslos. Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. Von Giuncarico aus lassen sich Strände, Supermärkte und Restaurants gut erreichen. Wer einen entspannten Urlaub mit toskanischen Gaumenfreuden und viel Sonne sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in der Toskana

Das Haus ist ein Traum, auf einem Hügel gelegen mit tollem Blick über die Toskana. Wir waren zu 6t dort - das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer + 3 Bäder - einfach ideal für 3 Paare. Die Dachterrasse oben ist ein Traum, immer weht ein leichter Wind. Wir haben oft zusammen gekocht / gegrillt und unten auf der großen Terrasse gegessen. Es fehlt an nichts, auch die Küche ist mit allem Zipp und Zapp ausgestattet. Schon das Frühstück morgens am großen Tisch in der Küche war einfach nur schön. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr nahe einige gute Ristorantes, z. B. besonders hervorzuheben TAVERNA ETRUSKA in Gavorrano. Morgens haben wir immer frische Brötchen und lecker Schinken etc. im kleinen Lädchen in Giuncarico geholt - hier gibt es eigentlich auch alles, und man wird sehr freundlich bedient - Verständigung mit "Händen und Füßen" (:O)) Ein großer COOP ist ca. 15 Minuten entfernt in Gavorrano, da gibt es ALLES. Giuncarico ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Siena, Castiglione, San Gimignano, Grosseto, Elba, Florenz, Pisa usw. Es war ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus !!!

Idyllische Lage

Die schöne, gepflegte Casa della Torre liegt sehr idyllisch in dem Bergdorf Giuncarico. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Man merkt, dass die Besitzerfamilie sicher selbst oft dort lebt, und fühlt sich selbst gleich "zu Hause".

Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wir haben für 10 Tage mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar eine wunderbare Zeit im „Casa la Torre“ verbracht ! Auf die Vorzüge des Hauses ist hier schon mehrfach hingewiesen worden und dem ist nichts hinzu zu fügen. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, lässt keine Wünsche offen und diente uns als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge in die Umgebung, wie z.B. nach Castiglione, Follonica, Grosseto und Massa Marttima. Und dauch Montepulciano/Montalcino/Pitigliano und die heißen Quellen von Saturnia sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen und selbst die Fahrt dorthin durch die wunderbare Landschaft ist eine Reise wert. Da wir außerhalb der Ferienzeit vor Ort waren, hatten wir die schönen Strände fast für uns alleine und auch das Wetter spielte optimal mit. Mitte September lag die Temperatur bei angenehmen 25 – 28° = perfekt für Strand und Sightseeing. Sehr dienlich bei unseren Aktivitäten war uns die vom Vermieter verfasste Mappe mit nützlichen Information über Ausflugstipps, Restaurants, Weingüter, Supermärkte, Strände, etc. Generell muss man auch die angenehme und problemlose Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter und unserem Kontakt vor Ort (Danke, Sirkka !) hervorheben. Fazit: wir kommen gerne wieder !

Traumhaus, was will man mehr

Man kann die Eigentümer dieses Hauses, die sehr nett sind, nur beneiden und man merkt dem Haus auch an, dass es auch von seinen Eigentümern genutzt wird. Alles ist perfekt und sehr sauber. Die große Küche bietet einrichtungstechnisch alles, was das Herz begehrt. Alle Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl.

Fantastisk feriehus med 3 etasjer, 3 terrasser, 3 doble soverom og 3 bad.

Toller Urlaub in der Toskana

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in der Toskana, geräumiges und sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus in dem es an nichts fehlt, nicht weit zum Strand oder zu interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Tarot Garten von Niki de Saint Phalle, Dachterrasse mit Rundum-Blick in die Maremma, sehr netter Vermieter und Betreuung vor Ort, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wohl fühlen von der ersten Minute an

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und er war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus, die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist super. Das alles hat zu einem sehr hohen Wohlfühlfaktor geführt. Auch der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr sehr nett, gut erreichbar und immer bereit zu helfen. Genauso der Ort selbst - eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre! Das alles bekommt unsere uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Wunderschönes Haus in Giuncarico

Ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem man seinen Aufenthalt entspannt zusammen mit der Familie oder Freunden verbringen kann. Vor allem die große Dachterasse war, neben zwei weiteren Außenterassen, die alle komplett mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet sind, ein Highlight und wurde gern abends zum gemütlichen Beisammensein genutzt. Der Ort Giuncarico ist zwar klein, hat dafür aber seinen besonderen Reiz. Städte wie Massa Marittima oder Grossetto erreicht man recht problemlos innerhalb von 30 Minuten, ebenso den schönen nicht sehr überlaufenen Strand von Punta Ala. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Traumhaftes Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Das Haus ist wunderschön und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Wohnzimmer toll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer im gleichen Stil eingerichtet und sehr gute Matratzen. WC-Dusche dreifach vorhanden, was will man mehr. Wir haben die Dachterrasse jeden Abend genossen. Ein 360 Grad Rundumblick - überwältigend.

Exceeded our expectations

We had a fabulous stay here. The house was even better than the pictures. We had between three and seven guests at various points of our stay, including four children under 6, and found that the large living space and three terraces meant that we all had lots of space to come together or to spread out to eat, relax and play. The sunset from the roof terrace is stunning. We enjoyed walking around Giuncarico and took many day trips to the local beaches with the children. Would absolutely recommend to future guests.
