Cosy chalet, 130m2, for 8 people, able Eterpay 500m, designed (in the outskirts of Haute-Nendaz above), the center decorated.

- Open, well equipped kitchen with access to the terrace
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds
- 1 bathroom with tub / shower, double sink and 1 toilet.
1. Floor:
- Gallery with TV corner (plasma TV, satellite TV, DVD player)

On the ground floor:

- Large balcony and terrace with garden furniture. On the large terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Alps and the Rhone Valley.

The chalet is located in a popular, quiet location in the district Eterpay slightly above Nendaz / Nendaz station. The center with restaurants, bars and supermarkets (500m) and the slopes (400m) are within easy walking distance. Eterpey consists of very well maintained chalets which have been built in ample space between them.

Chalet tres acceuillant, tres cosy et spacieux. Tout est la pour passer un sejour tres agréable! Je recommande car la vue de la terasse est sublime.

Gute Lage mit toller Aussicht

Schöne Skiferien in einem gemütlichen Chalet inklusive rundum Cheminée! Leider hatte es sehr wenig Schnee und der Fussweg auf die Piste war etwas lang bzw. anstrengend.

Gezellige blokhut

Met mooie woonkamer met prachtige open haard (kosten hout ca 17,50/dag!!) en fijn terras, mooi gelegen en prachtig uitzicht. Helaas en in tegenstelling tot wat er geadverteerd wordt, te ver van alles verwijderd, niet zozeer qua afstand, maar de bergweg is veelt te steil om naar piste, lift, dorp, enz. Te lopen. Sanitair is slecht en verouderd, heel kleine kapotte douches, kleine toiletten en geen apart toilet. Bedden zijn goed maar klein, 2 lange tieners sliepen met voeten buitenboord. Skigebied was voor onze groep te beperkt, te lastig om beginners een hele dag te vermaken, daarnaast te veel sleepliften, daardoor in verhouding voor wat je krijgt veel te dure lift passen. Ook is eten en drinken op de piste erg kostbaar, gemiddeld 200,- voor een bordje spaghetti of hamburger en glaasje bier en frisdrank per dag voor 8 personen. Kortom, leuke week geskied, mede dankzij de fantastische weersomstandigheden maar met enkele tegenvallers.

Schön Wohnung, wenige Minuten zu Fuss von der Skipiste. Gute Aussicht über das Rhonetal und gut ausgestattete Küche!

Sfeervol huis met voldoende ruimte om comfortabel met 8 personen in te verblijven. Prima locatie: boven het dorp, op loofafstand van winkels en van de skipiste.

Mooi gelegen appartement voor 8 personen

Mooie ligging met erg mooi uitzicht. Appartement heeft 4 slaapkamers, maar slechts 2 badkamers. Kamers waren schoon en goed onderhouden, hoewel sommige zaken wel verbeterd / gerepareerd moeten worden. Sleuteloverdracht en verdere afhandeling verloopt via een agency in Nendaz, waar ook de toeristenbelasting contant in SFR betaald moet worden. Dat is niet echt meer van deze tijd, dus goed om vooraf te weten. Eigenaar wel bereikbaar via mail of telefoon voor vragen en hij reageert ook snel en goed.

Gezelige en comfortabel huis

Fijne vakantie gehad in deze woning. Mooi uitzicht en bij voldoende sneeuw zit je met 100 meter bergop lopen op de piste en kun je bijna terug naar het huisje skiën. Mocht je met twee gezinnen gaan moet je wel een beetje strak kunnen inparkeren met 2 auto’s. Het parkeervak voor de woning is volgens mij officieel maar op 1 auto betekend. Voor verse broodjes moet je wel een stukje naar beneden op de berg, dat is te voet echt een flinke onderneming.

Parfait !

Chalet confortable, avec l'équipement nécessaire pour passer une belle semaine. Nous étions 7 personnes (4 adultes et 3 enfants) et n'étions pas à l'étroit. Les pistes sont facilement accessibles; la descente à pied au village est facile et rapide, la remontée ... un peu moins rapide ;) Propriétaire très agréable lors de nos contacts par email et ses délais de réponse sont très courts.

Familien-Winterurlaub 2017

Als "Großfamilie" mit 8 Personen (7 Erwachsene und 1 Baby) haben wir unseren Winterurlaub 2017 im Chalet "Marcotte" verbracht. Das Wetter hatten wir auf unserer Seite, d.h. kurz vor unserer Anreise kam der lange ersehnte Schnee und anschließend während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir täglich "Traumwetter". Der Blick vom Chalet ins Tal bzw. in die Berglandschaft einfach traumhaft. Von der Ausstattung mussten wir feststellen war alles vor Ort was benötigt wird. Die Küche war sehr gut bestückt, da gab es selbst für unsere Köchin keinerlei Einwände. Das urig aber auch wiederum modern eingerichtete Chalet können wir nur weiter empfehlen.
