Beautiful chalet "Mirabeau", 2 storeys, built in 1990, renovated in 2024. In the district of Pattier, in a quiet position, east facing position. Private: well-kept garden 400 m2 (fenced). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking, single garage. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 1 km, bakery 650 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "postal, La Crettaz" 230 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, tennis 1.7 km, gondola lift 1.7 km, ski bus stop 240 m, ice rink 1.3 km, children's playground 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet 4 Vallées 1.7 km. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 800 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, east facing position. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, east facing position. Shower/WC. Balcony, east facing position, terrace, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Ce châlet très confortable et jouissant d'un panorama exceptionnel a répondu à nos attentes. Seule la douche n'est pas adaptée poour des personnes de grande taille

Sehr schönes Chalet - aber...

Das Chalet ist toll. Eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der Blick von der Terrasse ins Tal wunderschön. Es war nicht unser erster Besuch hier. Was jedoch dieses Mal eine Belastungsprobe war, ist die Baustelle neben dem Chalet. Ferien, da finde ich es nicht toll, wenn ich morgens um 6.45 Uhr aus dem Schlaf gerissen werde und der Krach sich durch den Tag zieht. Da müsste Preisminderung angeboten werden. Auch kaum mehr tragbar ist der Zustand der Zufahrtsstrasse.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au chalet. Le seul bémole était qu'il n'y a pas de cheminée dans la veranda. (contrairement à ce qui est montré en photo) et rend donc la veranda inutilisable en hiver. Le reste du chalet était propre et très agréable pour un séjour.

Bon équipement, logement agréable, la seule chose qui manquait , c'est une pelle à neige ! Les quelques escaliers extérieurs ont été nettoyés juste avant notre départ. Tout le reste super top

Not a house for light sleepers

The garden and the view is great, the kitchen is well equipped. The living room and dining room area is a little small, but ok. The upstairs is old and very small. the floor creaks anytime someone walks and that means waking up family members when anyone goes to the bathroom at night. The beds are pretty bad, one of the reasons we ended up leaving 2 days earlier. Apparently new matrasses are coming, just not clear when and a pity it was too late for us

Gemütliches, sauberes Chalet

Das Chalet ist gemütlich und sauber und verfügt über einen eingezäunten Garten mit Blick aufs Rhonetal. Das Dorf ist zu Fuss in 10-15 Gehminuten (aufwärts) zu erreichen. Was uns wieder gestört hat, ist der absolut schlimme Strassenzustand der Strasse, die zum Chalet führt. Ich habe mir am Auto sogar etwas abgebrochen deswegen. Da es sich um eine Privatstrasse handelt, ist nicht Interhome dafür verantwortlich. Vllt. kann Interhome sich aber dafür mal einsetzen.

schönes Chalet

Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Aussicht ist wunderschön und das Ferienhaus entspricht den Bildern. Wir waren mit einem kleinen Baby in den Ferien und dann ist es eng. Das Baby-Bett hat nur in einem Raum platz.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le chalet Mirabeau. Il est très bien équipé. Il est au calme et des balades sont possibles directement depuis le chalet. La vue est magnifique. Je recommande vivement !

Le chalet est aménagé avec goût, la cuisine est bien équipée. les chambres sont de bonne dimensions et la vue est appréciable. 15 mn à pieds pour se rendre au centre plus besoin de voiture. On y retournerai avec plaisir.
