belle maison traditionnelle à l'écart de l'agitation

Nous avons été séduits par le site : la maison est cachée dans la verdure au pied d'un vallon dominé par la forêt, dans un paysage qui nous a semblé typique du Périgord vert. L'intérieur est décoré avec goût, les pièces dans l'ensemble sont vastes, la cuisine bien équipée, les terrasses extérieures aérées et ombragées, la piscine agréable. Et de belles excursions dans un rayon de 40 km (Périgueux, St-Jean-de-Côle, Brantôme, Bourdeilles, Aubeterre-sur-Dronne).

Super séjour au calme entre amis

Superbe maison, très spacieuse où se retrouver en famille ou entre amis et surtout où chacun y trouve son coin d'intimité. Attention beaucoup de marchés car différents niveaux mais c'est ce qui fait son charme. Cadre nature et calme assurés. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Een klein stukje paradijs

Kortom een plaats om terug te keren. Een karakterhuis met alle comfort (overal 5 sterren behalve bij netheid 4, is eigenlijk gewoon omdat in zo’n domein je niet kan verwachten dat er links of rechts een beetje stof of een spinnenweb is, dit hoort bij het huis). Kamers telkens weer heel fijn ingericht, de meeste kamers hebben een douche en wc (max met 2 kamers te delen). Keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Woonkamer, biljartkamer, leeskamer, verschillende terrassen om afhankelijk van stand van de zon volop te kunnen genieten. Het domein zelf… tja… de max je kunt er zelf een volledige wandeling maken. Plaats van het zwembad ideaal om kinderen te laten spelen. Je kan zelf kiezen of je mee geniet of boven in de tuin geniet van hun lach. Verschillende tuinen rondom het huis, gewone tuin met wildbloemen rondom rond, moestuin, tuintje om in de schaduw van fenomenale albyssia te genieten, volleybalveld,… Zelfs genoeg ruimte om auto’s te laten terwijl ze het zicht niet verpesten. In de streek genoeg stadjes om te genieten van la douce France in combinatie met windowshopping (voor de mensen die zich aangesproken voelen). Marktjes, vriendelijke mensen, kortom hemels. Last but not least, voor de liefhebbers, geen ander huis in de buurt, verborgen tussen de velden en bossen, dus… Mussen, eksters, merels in overvloed. Maar ook, buizerds, valken, wouwen, zwarte roodstaarten, zelfs een specht en een hop die in de buurt hun nest hebben. Eén van man gasten zag zelfs een maki-aapje 😂

Séjour très agréable

Nous recommendons sans réserves la location de ce bien. C'est la maison idéale pour passer des vacances tranquille en famille ou entres amis. La maison est tres vaste ainsi que la piscine. Le calme reigne en maitre et les environs sont charmant. La communication et la gestion de l'arrivée et du départ on été parfaites. Bref rien à redire.

Super sejour

Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille/amis! La maison est telle que décrite dans l’annonce, très spacieuse avec de nombreuse activité au sein de la maison, adapté autant pour les petits que les grands. La communication avec les propriétaires est très facile. Pas de point négatifs à signaler !
