Beautiful ocean front condo - enjoy our 5 star hospitality

Spend a long weekend or take a full vacation in this beautiful direct ocean front condo on the 4th floor. Perfect for romantic escapes or family fun!

The living room and master bedroom overlook the ocean and both have access to the private balcony so that you can enjoy the stunning sunrise over the Atlantic! This amazing unit features a full kitchen with a dishwasher and is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils, as well as a washer and dryer. Guests may use the beach locker stocked with beach chairs and sand toys too! There is a smart TV in the living room and guest room, WIFI, Chromecast and a dedicated work space.

Surf's Edge is a mid-sized building in a less built-up area so the beach is less crowded, there are plenty of restaurants around and a grocery store a block away. The condo offers 2 car parking spaces (one in an onsite parking garage) and an elevator. Please note our garage has a vehicle height restriction of 6ft 4". We have a strict No Smoking policy, No Pets. No parties or Events allowed. Guests must be over the age of 25 (unless they are immediate family members).

Stunning view and personalized hospitality

We enjoyed a perfect getaway with our Midshipman. This was an easy distance from Annapolis but far enough to let us all relax for the weekend. Beautiful condo with everything one could need. Lots of extra touches to make the vacation special. Thank you!! Wish we could have stayed even longer!

We loved this condo and Alexandra and Colin were wonderful hosts! We were welcomed with sweet personal touches and communication was excellent from to start finish! Wonderful Stay at the Beach

Our family came up for the long weekend. The property was beautiful and had EVERYTHING our family needed for a great time at the beach. The process of booking and communication was flawless. My family and I had such a nice time. Condo was very clean and so welcoming with all the special little touches. The property manager was so helpful and prompt with answering all my questions. Had such easy beach access, beautiful view and we loved there was a beach locker with things we could use inside. Overall is was a fantastic trip and we will be back to stay at Surfs edge!!

Alexandra and Colin are the best hosts! This condo is in a perfect location, is perfectly appointed and comes with a perfect ocean front view. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be returning. From the welcome gift to the linens/towels, bath soaps and toiletries and kitchen items - we barely had to shop for anything except food. Furniture is truly comfortable and the view is spectacular. The only thing I could recommend is another chair for the deck (there are only 3). You will not be disappointed at Surf's Edge!

Perfect Labor Day Getaway

This condo was absolutely gorgeous and in a great location. It had everything we needed for our Labor Day vacation. There's a grocery store within walking distance which was super convenient. Beach front which made the trek to the beach with 2 kids easy peasy. Beds were super comfortable! The host was amazing and very communicative. They even left a welcome basket with some snacks and bubbles for the kids. Would absolutely stay here in the future!

Getaway Heaven

First and foremost, I would like to start by giving a 5 Star rating to the owners themselves. They made us feel welcomed from the very moment we walked in the condo, and everything from the initial rental request to the day of our vacation was effortlessly... As for the condo itself, MARVELOUS is truly the only word I can think of for a description. The views, the layout, its amenities and not to mention it's location all were perfect. The only thing I wish I had was more time.

Colin and I are both British and have been living in Maryland since 2007. We love visiting the ocean and this is our special place to get away from the chaos of everyday life. I grew up with parents in the hospitality business and enjoy welcoming guests and sharing the magic and beauty of our special place.

Why they chose this property

Get a perfect view of the ocean, beach and dunes from this 4th floor condo. Enjoy morning coffee on the balcony and watch the sunrise. We often see dolphins swimming by and a variety of wildlife in the dunes!

We chose our condo building because we did not want to be in a high-rise and we did not want to feel like we were staying in a busy hotel. The stairway is open, so it's easy enough to walk up and down to the beach, however there is still the option of the elevator.

Most of the units in our building are used exclusively by the owners, it is a well maintained Spanish style property and our guests enjoy the updated decor and boutique feel of our accommodation.

What makes this property unique

Stunning ocean views, private balcony, updated decor, mid-sized building, quieter beach area, ideal for small families or couples! We have an owner's storage locker with beach chairs and toys that you can borrow and there is an outdoor shower for use in the summer. Chromecast is available in the condo.
