The condo was clean, well furnished and had a great view of the ocean. The kitchen was nicely equipped and we had plenty of space to relax. The hosts communicated with us very clearly and check in was very smooth. We will definitely be returning again.

Everything was great! All except we booked after labor day & did not know the grill or pool was closed down until next summer. So... it messed up a few meals & we were bummed to not have the pool available after ocean swimming. Overall though the property was perfect & completely set up with all basic needs. We will be back!!

Great place in a great location

Summer Beach 405 is a great place for a family vacation. Condo was clean and well-appointed. Location was convenient to all locations in OC. Recommend.

Soccer Tournament Weekend

We enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect for our extended weekend of activities. Our condo (405) exceeded our expectations. We’ll be back for more family fun.The entire complex is welcoming for a family to enjoy a wonderful beach experience!

Awesome Location and condo

Easy stay with great beach access

We went for one last beach trip before school starts and Summer Beach 405 was a great place to stay. The building has parking and elevators + access to luggage carts that make load in easy. The condo was well supplied, clean and well located. The balcony had a great view of the beach. Seaside vacations manages the property and they were super to work with. Would rent from them again.

Summer Beach 405

Please ask renters to vacuum sand out of the dryer and to empty the vacuum cleaner canister after they use it. We had to do both before we could use them. Other wise stay was good! Location excellent. Furniture could use a cleaning! Dirty cloth furniture.
