The property was clean. I would have been nice to have 4 chairs for the table, but we improvised so we could play games. Because we are older, I won’t opt for a townhouse again because of all the stairs. We lived that there was a Keurig coffee maker.
Property was very clean and perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located and stocked with all the amenities. The host was very quick to respond with answers to my questions. Highly recommend! Thanks for letting us stay!
First the host was very communicative. The place was very clean. Check in was breeze. You have all three floors of the town house to yourself with your on private entrance, and a one car garage. The place looks just as beautiful as the pictures in the listing show. You are short drive to any where that you want to go in salt lake. And, the little coffee shop that is right next door (Honeysuckle Coffee Company) is prefect for breakfast.
We would have preferred to watch cable tv but was not offered. No local channels were available or Fox. news. Lots of stairs ,not conducive to older guests.
Very clean and the decor was modern and fun.

Hi Jackie,
Thanks for your feedback! It clearly states on the listing that the townhome is equipped with a smart tv, but not cable or satellite. We apologize for the stairs being an issue. We are glad you enjoyed your stay overall!

Not clean. Decent otherwise but needs a deep deep cleaning. Communication through the app doesn’t work. If you call you get immediate access to owner. Not well stocked like bring your own foil, zip locks, coffee, etc.

Their townhouse is very nice and modern. However, I had to spend hours and hours to re-wash all towels and beddings sets on my first night for my stays due to their lack of hygiene, they were washed all together in a large volume, ended up not washed well, and covered with people&dog hairs all over, including funitures. I understand this place might be a pet friendly, but it has to be managed better than how they do now.

The space was nice. High ceilings, large rooms, full kitchen, garage and it was ok clean (there was hair on the shower walls) but not my house clean. The space could use a good deep cleaning. However, the garage door opener didn't work which ended up being a minor inconvenience but still and there were ants coming in the first floor going up the stairs. We also had a cockroach visit on the first floor that probably just came in under the door. The biggest issue was the homeless in the area. We couldn't leave without hearing or seeing someone sleeping on the grass/sidewalk or yelling at themselves so I didn't feel comfortable walking in the area by myself. The day we were leaving 2 homeless men were arguing across the street, we left before punches were thrown. It served its purpose but we wouldn't stay in that area again although it was very close to everything we were there to see.

Nice, but needs a deep cleaning
I will begin that VRBO is having major App issues.
We arrived at the property 2.5 hours after the start check-in time. I had not rec'd any info about how to check-in/open unit.
I found a phone # for the manager. No answer, I sent a text & then rec'd a call back. He stated a message had been sent through App, but I never rec'd. Within a few minutes I rec'd a message on the App & a text from manager with personal access code to the unit.
Photos online look like unit in person, although I am not certain it is listed as being 3 floors. Upon entering there is a teal sofa sleeper. This was intended for our son to sleep on. It is right inside the front door off a busy street with a lot of homeless people walking by at all hours.
2nd floor consists of the kitchen, 1/2 bathroom and a small sectional sofa - needing A LOT of cleaning. I would not sit here. There are enough crumbs under one cushion for a good sized snack...GROSS!! Small basket with a small throw blanket (cream colored) that is also very dirty.
3rd floor: master bedrm is spacious & bright. Carpet has big stains all over. Empty shampoo&conditioner
I told owner ahead of booking that my son was coming. There were no blankets for him. Only sheets. I texted owner, told there were some & he was confused. No follow up after. We spent $40 to buy him a blanket. We were cold too, so used extra towels.
Will NOT stay here again. Unit was not clean. All rugs dirty. Not comfortable having my teen sleep 2 floors away
LOVE, LOVE, LOVED THE SPACE! Every detail in decor was thoughtfully placed! I loved the layout of the couch space on the second floor of the unit. The host was quick with responding to the messages I sent! Didn't have any issues with the property.. I didn't realize the bedroom was around the corner from the living room area. Overall great quiet restful stay, will definitely stay here again when I book another trip to Salt Lake City! <3
Me and a few of my girlfriends stayed here for a weekend get away and it was perfect for the occasion! Super cute and clean. Campbell and Jeff were super easy to get ahold of and overall an amazing stay.
New property. Well decorated and all clean and in good order. good access both front and back and centrally located in SLC. Air condition worked well even with 104 degree days. Kitchen a little light on utensils. We would easily stay here again.
