The place was cute, the bed was super super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. The check in process was easy. The house is in a very nice area of SLC. There is a coffee shop, and Einsteins Bagel and a bakery within a .25 mile, and many restaurants within a mile. Please note: there is not an outlet next to the bed for charging a phone, etc.and seating for eating or just not be in the bed is limited and not very comfortable
No joke, walking into this space felt like we were walking into our own spa retreat! I was waiting for the masseuse to pop out and welcome us! It was super warm and cozy. The amenities throughout the space were at the same high quality of the room. The bed was SO comfortable! We’re seriously going to try to recreate it in our home We highly recommend this host and space to anyone coming through SLC.
Amazing spot in the Avenues of SLC! Host was amazing and quick to communicate with. We had some errors in our booking, but our host jumped on things and was able to resolve and get us into the space in under an hour. Grateful for their help and so glad we found this peaceful little space as home base!
the bed was sooo comfy and the neighborhood is cute. it’s about a 20 minute walk to the train stop, so keep that in mind or you’ll have to uber. other then that it’s a really cute stay and i would stay again:)
My sister & I were here to visit family and used the spot just to return and rest in before the next day of activities. Just came back to sleep really but it was clean and comfortable. Perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood is beautiful to walk around. We came in late for check in and the host had clear directions and helpful photos to access the space. Would stay again!
I am in LOVE with this place. The decor, the vibe, the details. It was so cozy and had everything we needed. The host was kind and responsive. Best weekend.
Dingy Dungy - Misleading Listing – Would Not Recommend
Our experience at this property was very disappointing, and we ended up checking into a hotel instead. Here are the key issues we encountered:1.Cold and Uncomfortable: The interior was dingy, and the heater was not functioning adequately. It was bitter cold during our stay, making it extremely uncomfortable.2.Poor Exterior Lighting: There was very limited lighting outside the property, making it difficult and unsafe to navigate after dark.3.Not ADA Compliant: There were steps leading up to the entrance with no railing, making it inaccessible and unsafe for individuals with mobility issues.4.Barking Dog Next Door: A dog at the neighboring property barked incessantly every time we came or went, adding to the stress of the stay.5.Misleading Photos: The listing photos on VRBO were not an accurate representation of the property. They gave a much more polished and inviting impression than what we experienced in reality.Due to these issues, we felt the property was not suitable for staying and opted to leave early. I tried to kindly speak with the owner about, at least a possible partial refund, but he was not willing to offer any solution of refund and argued about our complaints.I would not recommend this rental to others.

Oh my gosh, I've heard horror stories about this type of fraudulence but had not experienced it before. This guest decided way in advance that they had other plans. Non communicative and multiple false accusations. I would not recommend them to any other host. All accusations were addressed with photos of the lighting heating, railing, all perfectly intact. This studio has a 5 star rating on all platforms and this review is not congruent with any other review. Beware of fraudulent humans! Thanks
