We fell in love with Hot Springs Village and so will you! The peaceful, tranquility and beautifully updated townhome is just 17ft from Lake Balboa sitting on a quite cove. This home features 3 bedrooms , 2 Kings, and 2 Twin Beds. You will think you are home as soon as you walk in, and the views from the living, master and 1 guest room look directly on a guite Lake Balboa cove. We supply 3 kayaks for guest use only. Hot Springs Village has so much to offer! Just to name a few things to do during your stay in our beautiful home, you have 7 golf courses, 5 private lakes, 30 miles of hiking and biking trails, tennis, swimming pool, pickleball, lawn bowling, basketball, fishing, boating and so much more just minutes away in the village. Hot Springs is 15 minutes away where you can find horse racing, casino action, and do not forget the historical bath house row! Or just sit on the deck and enjoy nature. Come enjoy Hot Springs Village, it will not be your last time here!

Great Lake House

We really enjoyed this house. It's super cute and peaceful. We spent every morning and evening fishing or kayaking right off the dock. The property is well stocked and clean. My only suggestion would be to install curtains in 2 of the bedrooms. It was hard to sleep in once the sun came up because of how bright the rooms got. The host is very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

really nice place!

Very comfortable home, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, nice small grill on deck for steaks. Great covered patio for eating. The kayaks in the garage were new and lots of fun, easy to paddle out from the protected cove into the larger cove and open water. We towed an inflated tube behind a kayak, great workout for him, great leisure for her! OK to swim right off the dock but shallow. Look forward to coming back soon, thanks for having us!

Relaxing Vacation with all the comforts

We really enjoyed our stay over the Memorial Weekend. When we arrived we were surprised to see that it was actually a duplex. The listing does say it’s a townhome, I just must have read over that part. We did speak with the gentleman next door once who was very nice and we never heard them through the walls. The home is very tastefully decorated and has a fully stocked kitchen which we used for almost every meal, as well as the outdoor grill which worked great. They really provide everything including some bathroom amenities, snacks/waters upon arrival (which my kids loved). You can tell they put a lot of time and care in providing the perfect vacation rental. They have really nice kayaks to use and even fishing poles and a tackle box. Yard games too! The outdoor deck is where we spent most of our time. It’s kinda facing a small inlet from the lake but across from that is a road and church so you will hear some of that from time to time. The dock makes it a breeze to get the kayaks in and out of the lake. Plus a great fishing spot. You can see some large carp swimming around but you won’t catch those, or at least we didn’t. The sweet neighbor said they are there for vegetation management which is cool. We did catch some sunfish which was fun for the kids! It’s a great quiet place for a vacation with tons to do…and not do if you choose.

Peace and Tranquility; the Perfect Description!

Comfort and quiet is what we found on this great waterfront home on a channel of Lake Balboa in Hot Springs Village. We’ve stayed at a few VRBO rentals in HSV and I have to say this one is a gem. The split bedrooms, comfort, decor, and access to the water was wonderful. The entertaining area on the waterfront deck was large, well furnished, and prime for a group wanting to enjoy R&R outdoors. Bathrooms were spacious (master with soaker jetted tub) and modern. The master bedroom was expansive with plenty of clothing storage. All beds were very comfortable. As a cook who was living in a motorhome for the past 4+ months, ending our snow-birding trip at the property was welcoming with a large well-equipped kitchen. This was a fantastic surprise. It’s the one of the few properties with new appliances and a really good assortment of pots and pans. Those who love the water, you’ll really enjoy the boat dock complete with bench to fish, swim, or boat from. Enjoy this lovely spacious property. We sure did!

Quick Spring Weekend

The property is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed in the early spring and did not get out on the water, but would go back in the summer and use the kayaks provided by the host. The kids fed the fish off the dock, we found a few trails to hike, and played the board games provided by the host. It was a great property for a family of all ages.

Home Away From Home

Just a beautiful home. It has everything you will need. Life jackets, fishing poles, pots and pans, recommendations for restaurants, outdoor grill, unlimited cozy blankets, board games galore! You name it. The deck view is absolutely breathtaking. Plenty of room for a large family. I would highly suggest this home to anyone looking for a getaway. Look no further! It’s a gated community, so we felt super safe being from out of state. Downtown Hot Springs right around the corner! Thanks again!

Relaxing lake house with inviting touches

Restful stay

My husband and I and another couple had a relaxing stay for two nights. The property was spotless and quiet. We really enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake, and loved the kayaks. Cindy always answered any question immediately. I would definitely stay there again given the chance.

Wonderful Lake House

Clean and well maintained house in gated community on Balboa lake with dock. Location on lake is perfect for kayaking and fishing. House is beautiful and had all the amenities we needed and more! We loved sitting on the covered deck during the rain storm. We enjoyed using the kayaks and board games host provided. Chairs and floats were great to take to Balboa beach! Short drive to shopping and Bath House Row, or casino! So much to do! We really enjoyed our stay! Check in and out was easy! Cindy was nice and communicated well!

Family Getaway

We had a great time in Hot Springs Village. Mrs. Hamm was very helpful throughout the entire process. The house was beautiful and nicely furnished with all of the amenities needed. We really enjoyed the kayaks and the close proximity to restaurants and activities. Definitely one of our favorite trips we have taken as a family.

Great Place for a Getaway

This property was very clean and well decorated. We had a group of 5 spanning 3 generations and this house met everyone’s needs with room to spare. The property owner was great to work with and maintained open communication both before, and during our stay. This was our first visit to HSV and we went for both a vacation and to explore the area as a potential retirement location. We fell in love with it so much that my parents bought a house of their own during our stay and I will be shopping for a golf course lot to build on in a few years. The Redding family

Making Christmas last a bit longer

Thanksgiving Family Reunion

A great place to land! Family lives in the Village so needed a place near by to stay for our large family reunion. The home was comfortable and had a spectacular view of the fall colors on the lake. Cindy was great when our 3 year old grandson locked us out of the house, She quickly found a solution and we were back on track with our busy schedule in no time. Thanks Cindy!
