Welcome to our beautiful ground floor apartment in the "beach villa Baabe 2 - evening sun" on Rügen. Escape the daily routine and treat yourself to a well-deserved break in our apartment.

Enjoy your holiday in our 70 sqm, new, comfortable apartment evening sun in a prime location with 2 bedrooms and
2 bathrooms, large terrace with private beach chair, private sauna and corner bath.
The beach villa Baabe is only about 100 meters away from the fine Baltic Sea beach and is newly built in 2014. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a double box spring bed and 2 single box spring beds. The large terrace - about 20 square meters - or the fireplace in the living room invite you to a cozy end to the day with a glass of wine.

The beach villa Baabe has its own closed underground parking. Here is a free car parking space available for the duration of your stay. If you are traveling with another car, it is possible to rent an additional parking space in advance (7, - € / day).

Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Buchung und die Abwicklung waren sehr einfach. Den zusätzlichen Parkplatz fande ich persönlich etwas Teuer, aber egal. Insgesamt war es ein erholsamer Urlaub.Kleine Anmerkung: Die Unterlagen in der Wohnung für Veranstaltungen oder Angeboten sind vor 2021, dies könnte mal aktualisiert werden.

Es war eine sehr stilvolle Wohnung gemütlich und sehr sauber. In der Küche war alles was man benötigt, super. Werden diese Wohnung wieder buchen bei unserem nächsten Urlaub. Auch der Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt vor allem wegen der schönen Terrasse. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr gut gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist mit r einigen Einschränkungen ok. Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht wie erwünscht. Ein völlig verdreckter Staubsauger stand wie vergessen rum. Die Schränke waren sandig. Trotzdem haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.

Kurzurlaub in Baabe

Leider ging der Urlaub diesmal nicht problemlos los. Es war kein Wäschepaket , wie sowohl per e-mail als auch telefonisch abgesprochen, vorhanden . Als wir dann endlich jemanden erreichten, wurde uns der Wäschekorb in die Hand gedrückt. Wir musste die Betten selber beziehen, da die junge Frau uns angeblich nicht verstanden hat. Wir waren echt sauer. Der Rest des Urlaubs war wunderbar.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Sauna, aber nicht wirklich sauber.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Baabe. Man ist schnell am Strand und die Wohnung bietet für 4 Erwachsene genug Platz. Nach einem langen Spaziergang am Strand bei Minusgraden war die Sauna natürlich perfekt! Leider war die Wohnung jedoch nur auf den ersten Blick sauber. Sowohl unter den Betten und Nachttischen als auch unterm Sofa im Wohnzimmer war es wirklich dreckig. Viel Staub, Haare und Schmutz. Unter einem Bett fanden wir eine Schlafmaske, die wohl schon länger dort lag. Bei einer Reinigungspauschale von 115 sollte man doch erwarten können, dass die Wohnung dann auch sauber ist.

Wunderschöne großzügige Ferienwohnung mit gehobener Einrichtung. Die Betten waren bequem und die Ausstattung hervorragend. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und das Highlight waren der Kamin und die Sauna. Wir kommen nochmal wieder.

Wir waren für 6 Nächte in Baabe über Ostern und haben von dort aus alles erkundet auf der Insel. Mit dem Hund kann man wunderbar an der Promenade spazieren gehen und morgens den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen.

Klasse Aufenthalt. Trotz nächtlicher Kälte, durch Kamin angenehm und gemütlich. Super Sauber. Alles klasse organisiert, trotz spontaner Urlaubsreise.
