About this property

Private home, short walk to Harbour Island beach! Central A/C, family friendly!

Newly renovated, and within walking distance to the Harbour Island private beach less than a half mile away. Our home features central air, a large private yard with a small deck, patio furniture, fire pit, gas grill and outdoor shower. Close proximity to Galilee, the Block Island Ferry, and three of Rhode Island's favorite State beaches. We offer complimentary bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, toilet paper and paper towels, hand soaps dishwasher and washing machine detergent, free coffee and tea and a stocked pantry (condiments spices, cooking oil and all utensils). We also provide beach gear including a wagon, rolling cooler, beach chairs and an umbrella. Games, high speed wireless internet and a large smart TV round out the package!

We're a family of life-long Rhode Islanders who love boating, the beach and the outdoors, and lived in the area when we got married. When our kids were born, we moved to West Greenwich, RI where I run our local soccer league, and my wife teaches. We have wanted to return to the area since we left, and hope one day to make this our permanent home.

We love Narragansett, and Harbour Island offers a quiet retreat in the middle of a vibrant town and seaside. The area, the people and the quiet neighborhood will make for a great stay for you and your family. This house was completely renovated in 2020 and has everything new for you to enjoy, including new beds and bedding, furniture, fixtures, TV and appliances, a fresh open layout inside and a large yard outside.

What makes this property unique

You can enjoy the sun and sand, and avoid the crowds, at the Harbour Island private beach only 0.2 miles from your front door, with access limited to island residents and their tenants. If you want to explore the area, we're minutes from Narragansett beach, Scarborough beach, Sand Hill Cove the Block Island Ferry, shopping and many waterfront seafood restaurants.
